First of all WOW!
I was getting some customization done to my truck and walked around the corner since they were the only place over here to grab something to eat. I have to stay I’m pleasantly surprised! I decided to try the BLT, and not really paying attention to the theme of waffles, to my surprise that my BLT with waffles instead of bread! Let me just tell you… This is amazing!
They do NOT skimp on the bacon. The tomato is extremely fresh and juicy. The waffles are perfectly cooked.
There is nowhere to sit down and eat inside, so be prepared for a pick up and take away. But they do give you a little handheld device that beeps when your order is ready at the window. Definitely worth trying out.

Liege waffle (honey glaze, nutella, strawberry, banana) and hot honey crispy chicken. Both were delicious and service super friendly, though not sure if you can dine in.

BEST BRISKET IVE EVER HAD I only ever order the brisket it is so juicy and no one believes me that it’s the best until they try it and their mind is blown plus it comes with a really tasty sauce honestly don’t care much for the waffles but you HAVE to try the brisket. I moved away from the area and have to come here every time I visit just for the brisket

Best brunch takeout in Laurel! So good with so much attention to detail. Fast friendly service. I ordered the French style waffles with fruit and Nutella. I’m hooked!

I just grabbed takeout. And if I had known, I would have bought more! It was a hard decision what to get, but I don't think there's any bad decisions to be made here. Don't sleep on the hashbrowns. They are perfection.

There is a huge difference between the truck and the other pickup place in Laurel. This review is for the Laurel place. The lady at the counter was rude, she did not want to be there, and she put eggshells into the scrambled eggs, which were horribly salty and overdone.
The Clarksville truck however has these amazing people who are kind, the food is incredible and we wait for the truck to come back every weekend.
