Saw their food truck at the Pride Festival in Columbia this past weekend. Decided to try empanadas as opposed to the many other offerings from the many many other trucks. These were delicious. My wife and I got simple black bean, beef, and spinach empanadas. With their mild sauce. Tasty.
We only waited a few minutes for them to prepare and hand us our food. They were smoking hot (temperature) and fantastic.
The gentleman in the truck was very polite. You just can’t count on that all of the time these days. Was a pleasure having lunch by them!!!

Mmmmm! I am always left wanting more! The yucca fries and dip were what I indulged in today. Had to go back for a second helping! Wonderful service. Would highly recommend.

Omg so Tasty Empanadas food truck came to our apartment complex for food truck Fridays and it was everything. The owner had great customer service and answered our questions. I was happy to see they had a trio and plenty of meatless options. My wife and I are empanada connoisseurs lol. I got the mushroom, black bean, and spinach my wife got the mushroom, apple, and black bean. They were so flavorful and seasoned to perfection the were stuffed perfectly. Sometimes empanadas can have not enough feeling and taste just like dough and grease. These were not those kind. They were so tasty.

The best empanadas EVER, the dough was so tasty and crispy. I love how they swap out special flavors each week in addition to the main ones. The accompanying salsa was SO GOOD too. We ended up getting churros that were not surprisingly, also amazing. You have to try Lourdes' food if you have the chance!!!

I ordered a beef empanada, but the filling was quite dry and didn’t look or taste like beef. It was also seasoned a bit too heavy with salt.

I was apprehensive at first, trying something new, however your Empanadas were the best thing I've tasted in a long time. I got the mushroom, spinach, and cheese and I enjoyed all three, the spinach actually being my favorite. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the outside was crispy and flavorful. I am patiently waiting for your return to base so I can buy as many as I can. They are simply outstanding. I need more.

Finally got a chance to try these tasty empanadas! I had the combo of chicken, beef and bean. I also got an apple empanada for dessert. It was So good I went back for a second order. I will definitely orderthese again!

I got 2 more and an order of churros which were amazing. All reasonably priced and fast for pickup. Highly recommended!
