I went into this Arby's today August 2, 2025 at around 11:30am. There was at least 5 employees on site but I could not get any service. I waited and waited noone covering the front and lot of playful talking in Spanish. Still waiting I watch the lady in the food prep area with serving gloves on continuously wipe her nose at with her gloved hand seemingly unaware of how discussing that was and I'm sure since she was so engaged in conversation the first person that comes after me she would just prepare their food nose fluids and all. I just walked out. Their poor customer service and unwillingness to promptly serve customers probably save me this time. I won't be back here until management customer service improves and they consider some diversity in their staffing that fits the diverse demographic of this area.

I tried this Arby's because its location was convenient. I did an online order, however, I was surprised they no longer sold the turkey gyro. I tried the beef gyro combo. I also noticed they had dessert, so I tried the apple turnover. Wow, the apple turnover taste really good reminded me of my childhood. We also ordered the little sliders in Turkey, they were nice and fresh. I would go back to this restaurant. Thanks. Tiktok @28screwsinmyback

Every since they switched from that carved turkey to sliced turkey TURKEY BACON RANCH HAS NEVER NEEN THE SAME! THAT PRICE were paying for was worth it but now tahhh

Arby's they have the meat. Had the Ruben sandwich very good jalapeño poppers . The serve was quick and polite . Another Clinton staple for a fast food fix

The Arby's is always slow so you get your food quick. Other Arby's put the sandwiches together neater but they are cooked well. Place is big so doesn't need to be cleaned after each customer eats

After 730 PM. No one in line and drove right up. Tried the new hawaiian fish sandwich $6, and hot ham and swiss $3.50. Waited a bit, so I was expecting hot food. Fish was colder than room temperature, I actually thought for a few minutes maybe it's supposed to be a cold sandwich, not good to eat. Then the hot Swiss, the meat looked like a child's portion, i tossed the top bun and folded the sandwich in half like a taco and ate 80%, very plain and more like a one dollar item our kid's menu. I stop here once, every few months due to location, I am not sure it my order has ever been 100% correct.

Great service and warm welcome polite staff and tasty soft drinks. Nice and hot Chicken nuggets. Classic Chicken Sandwich and great selections highly recommended.

The customer service was terrible. The fried sandwich was reheated in the microwave, weird, it's so bad I will never go there again. And the Latina manager started complaining to me because the sandwich was bad, she told me to take my money and go somewhere. This was on Monday, December 9, 2024. Woooow that's the first time I've been told to leave a store made in USA 🇺🇸 😢 😞 I will never go there again. She was saying bad things about us in Spanish, I told her I understood Spanish, I started speaking it to her and she shut up and went to the back after refunding me my money. Wooow
