My review is based on an ice-cream cake order. Shannel did an amazing job, exactly like the picture I showed her. She also came through for me with a last minute cake order when my other cake fell through, I was able to pick up on the same day. I’d order from her again.

86° of course we're going for ice cream! Our babies were overjoyed to see this location had the creature creations! The cashier was instantly irritated. So much so that my son's ice cream was forgotten. So while the location is convenient and the choices are endlessly, the customer service sucks.
