The food tastes like old grease. You can smell the grease while going through the drive thru. Disgusting.

I visited this location this evening. They close the dining room 20 minutes early. It is the only location that I have been to in the US that does this. If a guest elects to dine inside and places their order before 9, they should be allowed to eat their food. In addition, locking the doors before 9 does not meet the posted hours. There were several team members being trained, and the trainer really did well with them. The customer service met the standards of Chic Fil a the practices around dining in are missing their mark.

I have been to this location on multiple occassions. I have been very impressed by their prompt and quick service. Recently did a delivery order which I got in less than 30 minutes and I had 9 orders of food in that one delivery order. At first I was disappointed because they forgot one of my items but I reached out to the company via email and was able to pick up my item later that day. Even though they were busy I was in and out. They may not be perfect but no company is however they are quick to make it right if you give them a chance and thats what matters.

Supposedly known for fast efficient service but was moving slower than a snail today . What is going on ? It was basically useless for me to mobile order because I didn’t move any faster than anyone else .

Really, Matthew? I was charged for a cup of ice after my purchase at the drive-thru! I wasn’t asked to pay for a cup of ice at another location. This is especially surprising given the amount of money I spent at Chick-fil-A.

Besides one of the other CFA's in New Jersey, this has to be the worst one I've ever been to. Apparently, looking at recent reviews, my experience is not unique- I really hope corporate takes notice since they apparently didn't on their feedback site. The first drive through attendant I have ever had with an attitude and ticked off tone, not a smile to be seen anywhere near her face, and got the order wrong. She just couldn't be bothered and was so snappy taking my order, rushing me through, it took me off guard and was unpleasant compounded with unexpected, considering her nametag said she was a LEAD! Just wow. The hash browns were mushy and I wasn't even given a receipt with my order. I had to go all the way back (because of course the wifi doesn't reach the drive through and my app is on a phone with no cellular data) to get it so I could comp my points later and also have the info to report the incident to corporate. Which I did, almost 2 weeks ago, and still have heard crickets from management at this establishment. Clearly, they do not value their customers here or what they have to say! EXTREMELY dissapointed and can't UNrecommend this location enough

This location is by far the worst chick fil a that Ive ever been to. They are super slow...in all aspects of service. They also do not separate the mobile order line from the regular line. The mobile orders add convenience, but this location does not meet the standard of convenience. The morningsvare always busy, but yet they only one lane. It makes absolutely no sense. The should learn from other locations like bowie

Ordered food for delivery at my job and did not receive it. Not sure who the manager is at this location but he/she needs to MANAGE and corporate needs to check out what is going on at this location! It’s not rocket science, folks! Hungry and annoyed 😠

Delivery driver to JBA definitely didn’t give a s*** when asked if the delivery was received by who it was going to (they did call to confirm it was delivered). I was literally told “I” left it at the Front Desk and hung up AFTER I called them back. Spent $70.87.
