worst Chick-fil-A location. make sure you check your order. they forgot one of my drinks, didn't give me enough straws, forgot sauces I asked for and I was missing a sandwich. the food is also poorly thrown together and not fully or properly wrapped

I’m severely disappointed. There was one job on the order. I almost feel like it was intentional. A half container of large, COLD fries was the introduction. Insult to injury: How is the order “no pickles” even in writing, not a crowded line, and I end up with Extra Pickles?? I swear if I wasn’t in traffic finding my discovery of a ruined meal and waste of money I would have actually gone back. I paid for a service, and you obviously Can’t Deliver. I’m disgusted And still hungry. I will Not be spending my money here anymore. This used to be a decent place. Now whatever children you have running the establishment don’t have any attention to detail and are going to continue costing you money. Truly….truly aggravating.

Came today with my family and kids and MARCELL. was absolutely rude. It all started when he randomly told me he didn’t like the tone of my voice and I needed to not yell to give my order. Excuse me if my voice was an issue but I’ve never felt like I was treated so poor by a team member . I took the time to address his issue and he stated just go about my day and just brushed me away. I asked him was it his pleasure to serve me and my family and he replied
“No. Nope it’s not “.
That alone made me consider writing this review. How rude to do to me in front of my wife and 2 kids?
I am very disappointed in this team member and the status of his employment needs to be reviewed. I pray that he doesn’t run any future customers away because that was absolutely unacceptable. And if the line weren’t long I would’ve pulled right out and left all together. Poor poor costumer service MARCELL! Me and my family are absolutely disgusted! First time trying this location and probably my last! I try not to single people out because I never want anyone to lose income/their position and ruin anything they have going on in life but this simply had to be known.

This is the worst chick fil a staff I have ever ran into. Not only do they consistently skimp their customers at every opportunity, (I know this because I addressed it and with the voucher corporate gave me they did the exact same thing)
I opened the burrito and showed the manager in duty, he was very polite and agreed to correct it, when he brought it to the staff they lack so much respect for their own employment that they mocked and ridiculed me from the back for expecting to be served what is paid for, and then followed by handing me a portion that was even more significantly smaller than the one I already had an issue about. Raise your standards on who you hire and clearly you guys have a severe culture and accountability issue, with this pathetic of a standard to operate it wont be long before they get a real leader in this location instead of whoever is running this embarrassment of a location.

I visited this location this evening. They close the dining room 20 minutes early. It is the only location that I have been to in the US that does this. If a guest elects to dine inside and places their order before 9, they should be allowed to eat their food. In addition, locking the doors before 9 does not meet the posted hours. There were several team members being trained, and the trainer really did well with them. The customer service met the standards of Chic Fil a the practices around dining in are missing their mark.
