Hello, I got shrimp salad it's old. Lettuce, was old, cheese had a funny taste, shrimp was cold the bread in salad was old. You have lost a customer that loves your salad.

The owners are dirty. My table had an issue when the check came because a few asked for potatoes instead of corn. The server charged us for extra potatoes instead of doing the substitution. The issue was that it wasn’t communicated that the potatoes would be an extra charge and was told that we could substitute.
The worst part of this, in order for the check to be fixed, the OWNERS had us dig in our bags and return the extra potatoes. They literally said they would not remove the charge until we returned the extra potatoes. Excuse me??? How dirty is that!
I then requested that the kitchen owner come out and speak to us and was told that they don’t come talk to people.
I will be escalating this all the way up because to ask your patrons to return food from their bag due to a miscommunication is disgusting. It’s not like it’s a tshirt to return, it’s literal food we had to dig out of our boil bags.

I should’ve checked the reviews before going. This place easily has some of the rudest, most unprofessional staff I’ve encountered in Maryland. We walked in at 9:40 PM (well before their 11:00 PM closing time), and the front desk didn’t even bother to greet us. The person there looked annoyed we showed up at all.
Then came the server—an absolute nightmare. She slammed water glasses on the table without saying a word and walked off. We had to ask repeatedly for basic things like gloves.
I own multiple restaurants myself, and if any of my staff treated customers this way, they’d be fired on the spot. There’s no excuse for this level of disrespect.

The food is terrible for the price. My stomach was hurting on my way home. Also, there was a huge roach crawling around like it owned the place. One of the servers killed it a left it on the floor. Never again.
When I got there the food was ready and had I'd known it was empty I would've eaten in the food was great thanks to the young lady who gave me my food she was very unprofessional and pleasant.

I used to enjoy this location but the manager is out and she provides a different energy when she works. The staff is very helpful but not as friendly. Customer service will allow certain things to slide. Well, my last visit wasn't so great. The table had hair on it. The bucket had trash in it already and it was close to the bathroom. Idk what the issue is with the smell that comes from that area of the establishment but it's not something you can ignore. The spice option I ordered was not what I received but it was a quick fix. You can go there for a drink but don't expect a tasty cocktail. You will get what you asked for. If you want to sit at the bar and socialize, this is the place. Grab a QUICK boil, this is the place. Do not expect the dining experience. There is a touchtunes jukebox available but the staff is using an aux cord instead. The music is never a problem. They have really good music.
