My sister has a known seafood allergy, which was clearly and explicitly communicated to our server prior to ordering. Despite this disclosure, her meal was served containing scallops. This constitutes a significant safety failure, as exposure to seafood can result in severe and potentially life-threatening allergic reactions. Fortunately, I had Benadryl available; however, this situation could have easily escalated into a medical emergency requiring immediate intervention. What is particularly concerning is that no manager or member of management came to our table to address the error, assess her condition, or offer an apology. Additionally, we were informed that she would be required to pay for a replacement meal, despite the mistake originating with the kitchen and staff. Food allergy protocols exist to prevent precisely this type of incident. The lack of managerial response and accountability, combined with the attempt to charge for a meal prepared incorrectly, reflects a serious breakdown in both safety procedures and customer care. I am submitting this complaint to document the incident and to urge immediate review of staff training, kitchen procedures, and management response protocols regarding food allergies. This place has definitely gone down over recent years....a/c didnt work all summer 2025, it has a sewage odor coming from who knows where... these people that should be working are walking around pretending to do work meanwhile I've been seated for 20 min or longer and havent received even a water...its not a crowded evening barely 15 people patronizing the establishment. This will be my last n time at this location. 😩

The food was horrible, like we were eating frozen and recooked. I had crab fries, hardly any crab meat, cold cheese sauce and the French fries were cold. Try to send send and was told I ate all the crab off. I barely touch it because it gross. This was second time and my last need better customer service from waitress and the staff.

Hello, I got shrimp salad it's old. Lettuce, was old, cheese had a funny taste, shrimp was cold the bread in salad was old. You have lost a customer that loves your salad.
