The burger was solid definitely could be a little bit thinner considering it’s a smash patty and the sauce was extremely bbq sauce forward but the flavor was still good. French fries were battered fries and really good. All in all good experience very young staff and good food. (4.5/5)

This place was so amazing! The aesthetic, the service, and the absolute JAW DROPPING quality of the food was just chefs kiss. Literally. I 10/10 would recommend this to anybody stopping through the DMV area, def a foodies spot. 🔥

The burger was super tasty (once I had a remake from a first one so shabby I'm surprised it was served) and the fries were very crispy. There's only a counter to sit at, no sauces are freely available for fries, and there's not really an atmosphere to speak of. The bathrooms were out of paper towels and they appeared to be out of a lot of food. If all you're looking for is a good burger, though, you'll probably be happy. Many people were coming in and out. It seems to also be BBQ joint and boba shop when things are in stock.

The smashburger at Double Up is a flavor-packed delight with crispy edges and juicy meat. The combination of the perfectly toasted bun, melty cheese, and delicious sauce makes it a must-try for burger lovers.

Nothing special. You are better off ordering from elsewhere for less. Meat quality is good but lacks seasoning and flavor. Ordered the wagyu smashburger and the burgers were formed similar to homemade patties and not smashed. Asked for cheese and was not provided.

This location shares space with the boba tea shop and the bbq place.

This review is location specific and should not apply to the broader chain.
