To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience on Saturday, February 7th, when I reserved two tables at 7:00 p.m. to celebrate my 60th birthday.
Because your parking lot was covered in ice and snow, many of my guests had to park at Planet Fitness and along Kirby Road and walk in. They arrived around 7:35 p.m., only to find that our reserved tables had been given away since everyone was not there by 7:30.
This was very upsetting, especially since the delay was due to unsafe parking conditions and this was a special birthday celebration. Based on this experience, I would have to rate my visit as a zero.
I hope you will reconsider how situations like this are handled in the future.

The service here is beyond awful. I've been here several times and its trash 9/10 times. If the bartenders dont know you, they wont service you. You have to chase them down to get a drink. And if youre a female, forget about it. I usually have to get a dude to order for me.
All the reviews regarding horrible service is the absolute truth.

Today I stopped by for an early dinner. Music was poppin' 😀
Immediately my server, SeaQuette G appeared with positive energy and a great smile!!
She was very accommodating and on point with menu knowledge and customer service. My dining experience was great and I will return...thank you SeaQuette G!!

There’s a bartender who likes to add gratuity to a single check. There are no signs indicating that gratuity should be added, only signs that say “6 or more.”

Bartender Nikki is extremely rude did not tender her bar or ask if we needed anything after serving a drink with a hair in it.
Instead sat at the bar and continued to flirt with customers. Also threw away my remade drink while it was half full 0/10 customer service

terrible customer service the bartenders are jealous of the female customers male customers get all the attention i sat for almost 30 mins before being seen because another bartender had to take my old because the lady who was supposed to serve us never came to us seen us multiple times and still served everybody but us! i do not recommend!!

This is clearly a 50 and over spot !!!!! It takes for ever to get a drink . Police at the door lol . No parking. Service isn’t good after 5pm/6pm
