Randomly found this spot and decided to drop in. I was greeted with a warm welcome, given recommendations and even received a water with a Bible verse in the cap. I got the whiting nuggets with fries and I wasn’t disappointed. Food was piping hot and fresh. I also got the hibiscus pineapple drink which was really good! They’ve gained a life long customer.

This was my first time patronizing this establishment, and I wanted to support a black-owned business. As soon as I walked in, I received no greeting whatsoever from the guy working behind the counter. I ordered, paid, and didn't even recieve a thank you. This person is detrimental to your business. He couldn't care less about customers and acts like we are doing him a favor. I wasn't going to leave a review until I read that my experience seems to be a trend.

I went to Healthy Life yesterday for the first time, after driving past it for a year without ever stopping in to check it out. I was so mad at myself for waiting for so long because the food was delicious and so close. I will definitely return.

I have an issue with companies you patronize, but have a nonchalant attitude and dont even say thank you. Been there a couple times, but gave benefit of doubt, but after going again I see its the culture. After I paid, he left my food on the counter and walked away like I didn't just payalmost $40 for a salad, fruit bowl and 2 homemade hibiscus drinks. No thanks
Everything was delicious - cooked to order. Nice vibes. Patient with how long it took me to order. We'll be back.

Yesterday I came in for a chicken salad croissant sandwich & boy it did NOT disappoint!! 10/10! Its very hard to get good chicken salad from places. I can’t wait to go back & try more things!
Update: I went back today to get a tuna salad and had the worst service ever. The older man at the front needs to be replaced as soon as possible. He doesn’t know what’s going on or who ordered what and he also let my food sit there for a full 10 minutes before telling me my food is ready. Unacceptable and I also had my child with me that was crying because he was taking too long. As I stated before the food was already done 10 minutes prior. That was very unacceptable. I asked him what kind of salad dressing came with the salad. He stated the green one….like what?! he needs to replaced ASAP. And then he had the audacity to have an attitude with me. I won’t be back and it’s a shame because the food here is really good.

Was in town visiting my ailing mother and wanted to find her some heart healthy food.. not only did she enjoy it(my mother is a fussy foodie) but they also took the time to make her a salt -free dressing for her chicken salad. Also the healthy drinks were fire!! Will visit again next time I am in town....
