On Oct 5, I placed an ordered that included a cold turkey sandwich with all the fixings according to the menu. I also requested to have olives added to my sandwich, which I paid extra. When I arrived to my destination I had a hot turkey sandwich with only meat and pepper. When I called the establishment to tell them about the error, I was told by 2 employees that I needed to say I wanted all the fixings on my sandwich. I explained that the sandwich is advertised a specific way, which is how I wanted it prepared and to add extra items and it was nonsense to request for the fixings to be placed on the sandwich. I requested a refund for my sandwich as the other items I ordered was delicious. I spoke to a manager, who agreed the error should not have happened and that she would refund the monies for my sandwich as I do not live near to have the sandwich remade. Today is Oct 21 and I still have not received a refund. I called the store and was told I would receive a call back. I'll be contacting my bank to reverse the charge.

I typically order the Northside cheeseteak. Meat quality is excellent and they put plenty of meat on the sub. Bread is fresh.

We used to live in the area and fell in love with House of Cheesesteak. Now that we’ve moved away, it’s become a must-stop whenever we’re even remotely close to Clinton, MD. We’ve literally driven all the way to Philly in search of a great cheesesteak before … but once we found House of Cheesesteak, we realized there’s no need to go that far anymore. Honestly, their subs are even better than what we had in Philly!
The bread is always fresh, the meat is perfectly seasoned and tender, the portions are generous, and everything is made with real care. The flavors are out of this world. You can tell they take pride in what they serve, and it shows in every bite.
We recommend this place 1000% …… if you’re anywhere near the DMV, do yourself a favor and make the trip. House of Cheesesteak is THAT good. 🙌🔥🥖💯

So the first time I went to this place the guy fixed myself and daughters food. It was soo good. So we came back for a second time this time and a lady fixed our food. She seemed friendly at first but when I got home my sandwich had no cheese. I called back to tell her and do you know she was combative about it. She literally was trying to go up against me about my food. I even took pictures. She was so rude unprofessional and was really trying me. It was the tricycle if I said I have people looking g at my food and it has no cheese then why couldn't you believe a customer. I will neve go back to this place ever again. So if you go here and a short lady with glasses take your order, check your food.

Terrible customer service from a foreign lady who works there, She was very rude disrespectful and she canceled my order when I was on the way there, when I got there, she lied and said that I canceled the order and I never did. I told her to stop giving bad customer service over the phone and she was mad about it so she canceled my order, I will not go there again when this person is there very rude customer service!
