I had lunch with a good friend. I enjoy going there, because you can have breakfast any time, it was my 97 year old Aunts favorite place to go as well till she left us.
06/30/23 This morning we arrived to the Clinton Md restaurant 3 family to enjoy breakfast at this location we requested to have separate checks the waitress was so rude when arrived to the table she didn’t want to separate the checks we call the manager she was worse unfortunately they ruined are morning we left without eating breakfast The worse services ever

First and foremost, I want to clarify that my concerns do not apply to the entire staff. However, the manager on duty today, June 8, 2025, displayed extremely poor customer service and, in my opinion, should be replaced. His attitude set a negative tone for the experience and appears to influence the team under him.
In particular, the young woman with a lighter complexion and blonde hair working the takeout window today was especially unprofessional. Frankly, I’m surprised she is still employed, given the level of service I witnessed.
The overall customer service at this location is unacceptable, especially when it comes to handling takeout and delivery orders through platforms like Uber Eats and DoorDash. Delivery drivers deserve to be treated with respect and attentiveness, as we play a key role in ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Based on this experience, I would rate this restaurant a 1 out of 10 for customer service. I do not recommend ordering from this location via DoorDash or Uber Eats, and I will be submitting a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as well. #PoorCommunication
