This was one of the worst experiences the restaurant is not clean the food is not good and on top of all that the service is terrible sat at the table for 20 minutes and no one even asked if we wanted drinks mi d you the restaurant was not busy...when the waiter came he just stood there and stared didn't say a word I will not be going back and if I could leave zero stars I would. Save your money don't go here

We ordered breakfast through door dash from this location. I ordered scrambled eggs, turkey bacon and biscuits and gravy and my partner ordered the 2×2×2 meal with pancakes, over medium eggs and turkey sausage. Food arrived the over medium eggs were well done, they gave him turkey bacon instead of turkey sausage and pancakes were over cooked. My scrambled eggs were undercooked and even after heating it had an after taste like whatever they cooked it in was old or the griddle wasn't cleaned properly and texture was wrong to a point to were I am not sure they were even logit eggs. I was given brown gravy that you put on mash potatoes not the breakfast gravy which is white for God sakes ....you can just taste and see that who ever is cooking there is lazy, and just doesn't give a damn. Never will order anything from this location again.

Why have they made the portion size of big sampler smaller. Why are the coffee cups smaller. Why don't you put a carafe of coffee on the table. I won't be coming back. I will find another breakfast spot.

Stayed on hold for over 10 minutes trying to place an order BEFORE I got there…. Ridiculous! So just stopped at McDonald’s!

The waiter Angela was great. She was very helpful and the service was awesome.
The restaurant was not clean. Floors, tables and booths visibly dirty and staff still sat people. One worker trying to clean by himself. Should be a collective effort for good business. We waited a while to be acknowledged and waited on. There were no kid menus. Waited a while for food and it wasn’t hot which meant it sat in the window instead of being brought to the table. Overall customer service was very lacking and we won’t be back.

The service was the absolute worst! The waitress had a poor attitude and she kept bringing the wrong food out to our table. The restaurant does not do individual checks? In 2025? The manager was even worst with her attitude! I highly recommend this location be shut down! For most customers it was a hour for a table!

I ordered a short stack of pancakes for my daughter and was told it should be 10-15 minutes. When returning to pick up the order, I gave the bag to my daughter and we proceeded to go home. Luckily as soon as we got into the car she opened the bag and realized there was only 1 pancake in the container! I immediately turned the vehicle around and went inside to confirm if what I purchased was 1 or 3 pancakes. The server apologize and returned back with 3 pancakes.
