SAVE YOUR MONEY - DON'T GO - If the front door to enter is dirty - the kitchen, tables, booths, condiments at table, restroom and attitude of manager (for 20 years) are like the front door - DIRTY!

THE SMELL WHEN YOU WALK IN SMELLS LIKE A DIRTY MOP AND URINE. I clean for a living so maybe I'm super sensitive, but no. The server was great. She attended to me immediately when I was seated. I made substitutes to my order; it was accommodated. Food came out in great timing.

This morning we arrived to the Clinton Md restaurant 3 family to enjoy breakfast at this location we requested to have separate checks the waitress was so rude when arrived to the table she didn’t want to separate the checks we call the manager she was worse unfortunately they ruined are morning we left without eating breakfast

First and foremost, I want to clarify that my concerns do not apply to the entire staff. However, the manager on duty today, June 8, 2025, displayed extremely poor customer service and, in my opinion, should be replaced. His attitude set a negative tone for the experience and appears to influence the team under him.

In particular, the young woman with a lighter complexion and blonde hair working the takeout window today was especially unprofessional. Frankly, I’m surprised she is still employed, given the level of service I witnessed.

The overall customer service at this location is unacceptable, especially when it comes to handling takeout and delivery orders through platforms like Uber Eats and DoorDash. Delivery drivers deserve to be treated with respect and attentiveness, as we play a key role in ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Based on this experience, I would rate this restaurant a 1 out of 10 for customer service. I do not recommend ordering from this location via DoorDash or Uber Eats, and I will be submitting a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as well. #PoorCommunication
