I haven’t been to IHOP in many years. I had topped my pancakes with the cinnamon bun toppings and they were good. My server was good and attentive.

5 of my party of 8 senior ladies arrived around 11a, we were seated immediately. Our waitress was cordial. The other 3 sr's arrived 15 min later. It took our waitress about a half hour to get our food orders straigtht. It was another 20mins to place 1 carry-out order. Then another 20min for the first order was served. When others' orders finally arrived, the eggs, bacon, ham (burnt), sausage, and potatoes were either cold or luke warm on several orders, which were returned. We had still not been served any pancakes at all. We were informed by the waitress that the kitchen staff was backed up. Needless to say, our group of ladies (we meet once a month for lunch) will never visit the Clinton location again. Some have said they wouldn't eat any Ihop location 😕

I visit this location weekly with my son and we love it. The staff are ALWAYS very nice and accommodating. And the food is always good! If you want a quiet, no frills but delicious dinner or breakfast at dinner during the week that won't break the bank, go here!

Nyah the young lady/ hostess at the front with the the pretty long braids was so professional and welcoming. She has a sweet personality and was really helpful . We had a short talk about hair and apartments but she still was able to help customers and do her job without missing a beat

MY SERVER VERY FRIENDLY,MANNERS,VERY VERY PLEASANT AND ATTENTIVE.
Food was good. There was an issue with large group (13 ppl) b/c of no multiple checks policy. Some negotiation is needed here when you got a large group, how do you sort out each charge efficiently? But, the young lady worked hard to settle everything but it took way too long.

DO NOT COME HERE. This place is always understaffed. Against my better judgment I gave this place another chance and there was an hour plus wait because there were only three cooks and two servers. The line was almost out the door.

I waited over 30 minutes before my food was delivered. My meal was incomplete. It was missing a slice of bacon but the slice that was delivered was Burnt.
I asked for the Manager and explained the situation. He saw the Burnt slice of bacon on my plate and described it as crispy. We laughed.
The Manager corrected my order by bringing me bacon that wasn't Burnt. Also, I was given a discount.
I will give the Manager a 5-star rating based on how he handled the situation.
