Gave us drinks with no straws, didn't give us utensils, didn't ask what sauce we wanted, fries were the nastiest fries I have ever had. I didn't realize KFC went this downhill. Needless to say, Popeyes from now on...

I placed an online order for a digital deal 5pc meal for 2. I selected the option of 3 breast and 2 wings. I was sent a 4 piece of 2 very small wings and 2 breast. I tried for over 45 minutes to contact the KFC on Coventry Way in Clinton, MD to no avail the phone just rang until it went busy. Unfortunately, the store website doesn't have a customer support tab. 2 stars poor way of treating a customer.

Pulled up to the drive turned truck off and waited. No response I Pulled around to the window. Lady with black and white plaid shirt walked away. I'll buy food somewhere else. Thanks but no thanks....

I see why this location is back up in the woods and in the dark poor customer service, wings extra small and not good with presentation....poor all the way around and now with all that's going on with DEI this should be the first store to shut down

Coventry way in clinton and Branch Ave are terrible. 7 pm, no crispy chicken . I tried to replace it with two crispy chicken thighs . The girl at conventry way charges me for 2 . She then recommends i do the $5 meal i said kool . It comes with mash potatoes , i asked if I could i replace it with French fries, and she tells me no, she can't . I left and went to branch Ave, and they flat out told me no crispy breast at 7 pm . I went to sardi and got myself a fried chicken sandwich. Kfc doesn't satisfy their customer's.

how are you KFC and you run out of chicken I come where are you once a week to get my hair fixed and every time I stop by is either a they don’t open on time. It’s a wait on chicken and the customer service is terrible. I don’t understand how they stay open. I just called to speak to the manager, but a minute wait on me to understand it

I drove up to the KFC restaurant at 6510 Coventry Way, Clinton. I went to the Drive in Window and placed an order of 16 piece family meal. I asked for eight legs and eight thighs, macaroni and cheese, fries and mashed potatoes. My order total was $58.40 . When I got to my house I noticed that I had seven thighs, not the eight that I ordered, also the fries were overcooked. I drove back up to the restaurant with the bag of fries and went inside. I told the lady inside what happened and she got a gentleman named Leslie. He told me he gave me an extra leg instead of a thigh. I told him. “That’s not what I ordered, I want my thigh.” He had the nerve to say, “go home and get the Extra chicken leg and I’ll give you a thigh.” After a brief argument, he gave me my fries and my chicken thigh. So I guess KFC is giving you what they want to, not what you order. I would not recommend anyone going to this restaurant unless you want to get what They want to give you.
Don't go here if you got coupons they to go to take them

They don’t have grilled chicken when ordering. Later said they have one wing and a leg. Need to ask customers ordering grilled chicken when they enter. So that 10 minutes will not be too long. Just a suggestion.

Literally pulled in drive thru at 8:58 pm 5/29/2024 (they close at 10:30pm). Everything I asked for they did not have, only regular chicken and fries. No Potpie, No Mac and cheese, no mashed potatoes, no bowl, no nothing.
Figured it out they was closed early all the lights was out, I mean it was dark on the inside!! Management you need to do better!

This location was awesome they had on gloves, and the customer service was excellent. The Marlow Heights location was horrible they wore no gloves picking up food with their hands, one customer advised as he was existing in the store. He said they were nasty and was cussing like a true sailor. I drove off and went to another location ?
