Everything was good but the sides are way overpriced. 3.99 plus tax for a very small portion. Also check your order before you leave. Sometimes they give you scrap pieces to fill your order. for example, on my two piece, I got a breast and half of a little wing.

This is supposed to be honey bbq nuggets!
I have never purchased honey barbecue nuggets, and they came out looking like this no matter which store I visited. Mind you I have been to this location several times. I went back to the store to inform them of the error and was basically told that’s how the sauce is made (WHICH IS A LIE) and it was early that’s why the sauce looked like that. Instead of just remaking the food and taking accountability for the incorrect item I was turned away. You would’ve thought I asked for a refund or my whole order made over. Customer service is terrible at this location and they are always slow.

I recently ordered from the KFC in Clinton, Maryland, and was very disappointed with the quality of the food and service. The chicken was soggy, unevenly breaded, and did not taste fresh. The fries were old and unappetizing. I attempted to contact the store by phone to address the issue, but no one answered. This level of quality and lack of response is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Went through the drive thru && the lady taking the order named “Mika” was rude & was acting like she had an attitude . Very unprofessional not only that I asked for 20piece honey bbq and they gave me half bbq and half buffalo . Not what I asked for .

My grandson and I just got so sick from eating at the location in Clinton, MD. I will NEVER go back. I don't think I'll ever eat at another KFC anywhere. We should have known by the dirty exterior around the drive through window. Please use caution when dining here. Ask questions about the freshness of the food. Hopefully, you'll get an honest answer. As for me and my family, it's a big HELL NO!

The two women who were working on 7/15 around 7:55 pm, especially the lady working the drive thur window, need customer service training and skills in how to treat their customers. They make you feel like you shouldn't even order anything. They're pretty rude!

Had everybody (about 5 people) waiting 40 mins for chicken. Then I order an 8 piece and 7 piece and chicken was soggy as hell never again would I come to kfc nothing has change from back in the day.

How more times that it should be that this KFC never have all the chicken parts, potpies,certain chiclen sandwiches. Why the hell do you even open. Who is the manager or the person that orders the food to be sold, maybe they need re-training. Damn!

I looked online and saw a special and ordered the special as it was online and the lady put in something else and then got mad when I didn't want what she put in but what I put in and then wanted me to go all the way back around just to order something when there was nobody behind me. Her attitude was not one you would expect for somebody that's supposed to be about customer service and she act like she really didn't want to be there and she really didn't want to take my order so I left and went somewhere else. That was only the second time that I've been there and that will be the last.

Gave us drinks with no straws, didn't give us utensils, didn't ask what sauce we wanted, fries were the nastiest fries I have ever had. I didn't realize KFC went this downhill. Needless to say, Popeyes from now on...

I placed an online order for a digital deal 5pc meal for 2. I selected the option of 3 breast and 2 wings. I was sent a 4 piece of 2 very small wings and 2 breast. I tried for over 45 minutes to contact the KFC on Coventry Way in Clinton, MD to no avail the phone just rang until it went busy. Unfortunately, the store website doesn't have a customer support tab. 2 stars poor way of treating a customer.
