My intention was to get Breakfast. It took so long to get someone to recognize me, I decided to get coffee instead. Didn't know they no longer give senior discounts. If I had known it would take so long to get coffee, I would not have stopped at all. Usually I only stop at McDonald's once a year. '"Just to make sure they are still as bad as they were the year before. That's what I deserve. Going to McDonald's twice in the same year. It won't happen again.

I asked for a chicken McGriddle and a drink. Bigfat refused to give me a cup. Why say “is that all you want?” When you deliberately are not trying to give me a cup. When I got my sandwich I had to ask for a cup again. Surprise surprise. She didn’t ring it up. I didn’t see that there weren’t any drink machines in the front, they’re in the back. That’s my fault for not seeing it, but at least say that since I’m clearly unaware. She knew they’re not in the front and she gave me an empty cup. Too busy being a bigback to do her job. Just won’t come here. Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while.

I lived next to this one for over 20 years. They always miss something on your order. They dismiss you when you say something or want to argue with you. I always make sure they give me my receipt. Always homeless hanging out. The bathrooms are nasty. The grand kid is the only reason I was going back. They don't value fresh food or service.

Everytime you come after 12:30 they say they are closed. Last month me and my husband came from a concert. We placed mobile orders it was 1:30AM. We drove to the speaker. She’s like we are closed. I said we placed mobile order she said well cancel it because we are doing breakfast. I drove off. Fast forward to lastnight it was 3AM. We are closed I said I placed an mobile order. Same thing sorry but we are closed. I drove to brandywine McDonalds. Clinton’s McDonald’s late night staff is lazy and terrible. Go to Brandywine location

Before it was a quiet place to eat but today there are many homeless people inside and there is a bad smell and there is also drug sales inside and people can no longer be comfortable with the family eating inside...it needs a strict policy

Absolutely worse Mcdonalds , the fact you can never come to this one at 2-3 am when its 24 hrs is insane . I have to go all the way to fort washington because they never have this issue . Close this location down at this point and give us something better

1100am Sunday. We went inside to get food to go. Slow with mediocre warm food. Stuff came out in multiple bags at different times with lack of communication. Someone else grabbed our bag. Unorganized. Will pass on this location next time through.
