Waiting for the drive through worker to finish his construction with his co workers he left the mic on and mad me wait with a one year old in the car with the window down I got so mad I left and made some food at home bet the guy behind me was still sitting there by the time I got home and made food. It’s 17 degrees out and make someone with a child in the car with window down to order is ridiculous especially because we could hear you talking to your coworkers about customers not helping one just talking about them

This McDonald's has the worst people who deliberately will give you a messed up order just to get you out of the drive thru. Two different occasions in a weeks time I ordered double cheeseburgers and the give me singles. They are that incompetent.

It's when you leave Walmart. It's a slim McDonald's, not a big store. It's proved to loitering and some stragglers hanging around but the store is clean and the loitering mimics most McDonald's.

Bad service from the manager poor attitude seems like she can’t control her bad attitude at work, I really had a bad experience at this location on 10/29/2025 at 10:24pm. She basically flipped me off, hold on to my food for no reason and gave it to me until she wanted it to.

Absolute.. unprofessional service. I use to patronize this location every morning but after this incident.. no mas!!! Tried to use my birthday treat but it turned into an absolute.. unnecessary horrifying customer experience. This experience clearly showed how much McDonalds appreciate their customer. The manager, after having an issue with the cashier, immediately came to me with an attitude after I tried to show him what I was able to get with my birthday gift.

Neighborhood kids in here threatened my wife while she was here with my daughter and the employees just stood there and did nothing. Not a safe McDonalds anymore. Sad for the whole neighborhood, honestly, people in the area have done a trash job raising their kids and they're just letting then roam the streets stealing cars and threatening to beat up Moms while they're out with their young children. All they're setting these kids up for is an extended stay in Juvie.

I went thru the drive-thru to grab something quick while doing laundry. I had the Spicy, Sausage, egg & cheese McMuffin. Surprisingly, it was really good. Go in and give it a try. It's only there for a limited time!

Just ordered a breakfast sandwich without cheese. They rung me up correctly but then gave me the wrong sandwiches with cheese. Now im stuck at work and cant get the right ones. Do better read and give people the food they paid for. I will be back for a refund

Yall be taking too long to get someone’s order and most of the time they don’t be getting the order right that’s some bs like this one time my cousin got a bacon egg and cheese bagel they didn’t give her no bacon js cheese and double the egg, my niece had gotten a spicy mc chicken and they put bacon on it what if she was allergic to the sandwich now that would have been an issue now there’s been another incident where my family and I made a mobile order so it’d take less time to receive our order yet that made no difference. Once we got in the drive through they had us on wait for approximately 30 minutes then proceeded to tell us to go inside to receive our order. Once we got in the actual building they were not even started with making the food. I understand if they have been short staffed a few times but this is unacceptable for how many previous incidents have occurred on top of their employees aditudes have been extremely poor towards us costumers.
