I went thru the drive-thru to grab something quick while doing laundry. I had the Spicy, Sausage, egg & cheese McMuffin. Surprisingly, it was really good. Go in and give it a try. It's only there for a limited time!

Just ordered a breakfast sandwich without cheese. They rung me up correctly but then gave me the wrong sandwiches with cheese. Now im stuck at work and cant get the right ones. Do better read and give people the food they paid for. I will be back for a refund

Yall be taking too long to get someone’s order and most of the time they don’t be getting the order right that’s some bs like this one time my cousin got a bacon egg and cheese bagel they didn’t give her no bacon js cheese and double the egg, my niece had gotten a spicy mc chicken and they put bacon on it what if she was allergic to the sandwich now that would have been an issue now there’s been another incident where my family and I made a mobile order so it’d take less time to receive our order yet that made no difference. Once we got in the drive through they had us on wait for approximately 30 minutes then proceeded to tell us to go inside to receive our order. Once we got in the actual building they were not even started with making the food. I understand if they have been short staffed a few times but this is unacceptable for how many previous incidents have occurred on top of their employees aditudes have been extremely poor towards us costumers.

I waited 30 minutes for 2 chicken tender meals when there was no rush. After 20 minutes I went inside and one of the employees said they had just started my order when I had seen at least a dozen other vehicles come and go from the drive through line. On top of that this is how both the large fries in my meal were filled.

Managers at this location make inappropriate comments in Spanish about their employees, and hide behind the drink station when customers have concerns. They instead push the cashiers (who are all very helpful) to deal with unhappy customers. Shameful behavior.

And do NOT order delivery for this location via Uber OR doordash. They do not care about messing up delivery orders as there's nothing the customer can do. I ordered two meals, one to be a plain sandwich and one to have everything, lettuce, tomatoes etc. Recieved both meals and both sandwiches were incorrect. The plain one had ketchup and mustard on it while the one meant to have everything on it had ketchup, mustard and pickles, no lettuce or tomatoes. How do you mess up two sandwiches? They also gave us 2 medium fries instead of 2 large ones, and then for our 2 drinks, one was missing and the other was not what we ordered, on top of no sauces in the order. I assume they were likely behind on their orders and just shoved whatever was similar to our order in the bag. But not a single thing was right. We might as well had been given a random order from a different customer. Embarrassing and annoying.

I tried to walk into the location to place an order at around 10pm, and all the doors were locked. The doors clearly indicate that dining room doesn't close until 11pm. I prefer walking in and ordering, instead of going through the drive-thru, and this is frustrating when stores close access early without any notification or explanation. Also had me waiting for roughly 10min before even answering the intercom in the drive-thru

I had a truly terrible experience at this location tonight. From the moment I arrived, the service was shockingly unprofessional. The workers appeared to be intoxicated or under the influence—slurring their words, moving slowly, and acting erratically.
After waiting in line for nearly an hour, I was served cold, poorly prepared food that tasted like it hadn’t been fully cooked. When I politely addressed the issue, the staff responded with a rude and dismissive attitude, showing zero concern for customer service or food quality.
This was hands down one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The management at this location clearly needs to get it together. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend anyone else does either until serious changes are made.

They be on their stuff, but every now and then, something will have to get clarified. Sometimes it feels like a robotic interaction, but I get it, they're simply working and trying to get everyone serviced.
