I'm going to give 4 stars because this location has so much potential. I've visited mix and mingle a number of times. After going once, I was hooked. I've invited friends and it became my work/personal time spot. But the last few times I've gone, I've been disappointed. The food is delicious, but they do a poor job of keeping their hours of operation updated. I went when the hours said they would be open and they were closed.
While in the parking lot, at least 7-8 other people had the same frustration of coming all the way out for it to be closed.

Love this place but sometimes the staff is short and it takes forever to get a simple order. I ordered coffee and an avocado hash while my coffee came right away my vegan meal took another 20mins or so and my coffee was warm and almost done. This tends to happen more than often and stopped me from coming as frequently unfortunately.
