I can only speak for myself. I had Cassava leaves and assorted with white rice the. First time, it was so so good. The service and reception were great as well. I recommend this place to any one looking, as I have now made it my spot.
The service was alright, but I didn't feel welcomed there at all. I had peppered goat, jollof rice, and plantain and none of it was anything special. I will say, I was given a ton of rice which I'm not used to, but the flavor wasn't really there and the goat was either chunks of fat or pretty hard meat which was disappointing. I also had a beef meat pie which was just "okay". The plantain were very dry and almost flavorless. I would not come back here,...
It's not a eat in spot but they were very nice and helpful. The shop was clean and spacious. Food was great okra soup with goat meat, pounded yam and plantains. If you're not a spicy food person, you can ask them for minimum spice. They can't take it completely out though, that would take away from the flavor of the dish.
