The man at the desk who takes the orders is always rude. I ordered spring rolls...and as I waited about 20 mins he was like they take a while...
It is 2 rolls pre made dropped in a fryer. Can't even say try call ahead cause the reviews discuss about other issues

The guys that takes the orders over the phone and in person is very rude, always rushing and ready to argue about your order. I went yesterday and was over charged for an advertised special that was terrible by the way. The chicken was too spicy. Today I go to get the price corrected and ordered another lunch special and just have the credit applied to the new order,....that was done but not without words from that guy. The day before cause he's taking orders over the phone as well as in person he didn't give me all of my order and told me I didn't ask for something that comes with the order. But wasn't paying full attention to me. So today after to much back and forth I will not continue to support that disrespectful attitude like he doesn't car whether you order or not. For those of us who have lived in the area for years, when Amy was there it was so much better.

The absolute best orange chicken that I have ever had!!! It was absolutely ?!!!
Got there a little after 10 minutes and was told that the french fries were not ready I waited a little after 10 more minutes for the french fries to be prepared just for everything to be cold including the chicken wings that I ordered I ordered 10 chicken wings with french fries with only Mumbo Sauce on it and ask the flavor was good I'm highly disappointed of how cold I received it especially waiting inside of the establishment I brought the food home to my two young children just for me having to reheat everything over again and I'm not far from this establishment hopefully next time it will be better

I ordered shrimp lo mein and got spaghetti with shrimp. I called to inquire about it, and the guy that takes the orders said they always use spaghetti. I told him my meal don’t even taste like lo mein. He said that’s what people want, and next time I can ask for rice noodles. Why should I have to ask if I don’t know you’re not serving what lo mein is supposed to be. I would not have made a big deal of it, if my food at least tasted like what I ordered.

I have lived in the area for over 25 years and frequented this carry out many times over the years and recently the younger man who answers the phone and takes orders in person is intolerable! He is down right rude and disrespectful. Not once but every time. I have called and after receiving my payment he hangs up. I asked for extra sauce and was told "why didn't ask in the beginning". well I would have if the order taker was not constantly cutting me off saying what else you want, what else you want?! The shrimp in my shrimp fried rice is always mushy (overcooked) and there is literally 5 pieces of shrimp in a container of dry fried rice. :(. I have no idea why so many people are singing their praises because it is certainly not a professional, clean, reasonably priced establishment. If I could give zero stars I certainly would. Also, this behavior and subpar food preparation has been ongoing for at least 5 years. I take a break and try again and there is ZERO improvement in attitude or food quantity or quality. I am totally done at this point thanks to the new rude order taker. I refuse to pay sometimes $95 for orders to be spoken to like an animal.
