Can you please remind the drive thru staff to use manners just got done here and the one that took my order was the only one nice the ones that took my car or gave me my order were so rude didn't even say your welcome or here you go or nothing. I used to work at Panera and this is unacceptable have some manners and be what Panera stands for or stay home. Luckily the food is good but our coffees were off as was the service. Been here a lot of times and usually the coffee and service is good but this time they lacked.

The napkins were in rations because as we were told they were “running out” and the bathroom had no paper towels. We also had to clean the table and space because the wipe down that happened prior to to us being there was not satisfactory.

Two stars only because here lately the location in Clinton, MD has been giving mostly bread in the sandwiches. I got a BLT with 1 yes ONE slice 9f bacon. I also got a caprice cheese sandwich with a dollop of mozzarella cheese. How do you go up on prices and skimp on ingredients? SHRINKFLATION!! Not cool Panera in Clinton, MD.

I always enjoy coming to this Panera location. it’s a consistently pleasant experience! The staff is wonderful, always friendly, and they make every visit feel welcoming. The kitchen team, in particular, is impressive; you can tell they work so well together. Watching them prepare meals with smiles on their faces and seeing their teamwork in action adds something special to the whole experience. How is this store out of bread options for orders at 6:30pm when they're open until 9pm. The kid at the register tried, I give him that, but this is reduliculous.

Whoever’s in charge of baking their bread does a very poor job of it. This is the only location I ever have an issue with Bread quality (mostly bagels and baguettes are the issue). I don’t know if if they don’t let their red rise long enough, but the size of the baguette at this location are significantly smaller for the same price.
Staff doesn’t even go as far as acknowledging you when you come to pick up an order.

I went through the drive-thru this morning for breakfast. The person taking the order made several attempts to modify my order to her preference and then had an attitude when I corrected her. Needless to say, my order was not correct. This is the only location that I’ve been to where the staff ignores the customer’s food modifications/dietary restrictions and dismisses the corrections.

I’ve only been here maybe three times and every time I’ve ordered I’d be waiting close to 10 minutes for something as simple as a smoothie and a soup. The staff is really young and desperately needs customer service training.

This is my first time trying Panera bread but I had to check this out. It's called the CinnaScramble. It comes with sausage but I subbed for bacon. It was quite good. I will definitely order it again but next I'll ask them to cook the bacon a little longer. I highly recommend it. It's says limited time so not sure how much longer it will be on the menu...

I have only been to the drive thru, but service is always fast. We have had the sandwiches and they have been pretty good to. Each sandwich lasts us for two meals. The cinnamon roll is good, but not as good as it used to be. It's a little flatter now, where is used to be much fluffier.
