Love Panera and truly starving — extremely disappointed when I got home Fugi Apple salad extremely wilted, onions soggie— not sure how long it was sitting in refrigeration. Person taking order sounded like there was a problem. Very Disappointed

Despicable service. Every food establishment is in charge of a manager to solve problems with the customer. I called on the phone, I explained the situation to them. I found hair in the food and they didn't agree to solve the problem. Today was my mother's birthday and I ordered food to start the day well, the experience and food care in this store was very unpleasant. Stay tuned with the manager of this establishment who cut the call and offered poor customer service.

Can you please remind the drive thru staff to use manners just got done here and the one that took my order was the only one nice the ones that took my car or gave me my order were so rude didn't even say your welcome or here you go or nothing. I used to work at Panera and this is unacceptable have some manners and be what Panera stands for or stay home. Luckily the food is good but our coffees were off as was the service. Been here a lot of times and usually the coffee and service is good but this time they lacked.

The napkins were in rations because as we were told they were “running out” and the bathroom had no paper towels. We also had to clean the table and space because the wipe down that happened prior to to us being there was not satisfactory.

Two stars only because here lately the location in Clinton, MD has been giving mostly bread in the sandwiches. I got a BLT with 1 yes ONE slice 9f bacon. I also got a caprice cheese sandwich with a dollop of mozzarella cheese. How do you go up on prices and skimp on ingredients? SHRINKFLATION!! Not cool Panera in Clinton, MD.
