When you close at 11 the doors should never be locked at 10:45 especially when you have buffet style food. The food is great which is more reason you should allow customers in at 10:45 PM!!! Doors should lock at 11 PM. And the OPEN sign is blinking!!!

We visited them more than once and the last 3 visits have sucked. We arrived at 7:30 p.m. on a Sunday and they are open until 11. We ordered their whole chicken dinner with 3 large sides and a drink. I wanted Mac and cheese but it looked dry and after asking they said they put it out a few hours ago. So I ordered rice, beans, and plantains. The chicken was cold, the plantains were hard and cold, the rice and beans were flavorful but again hard and cold. Biggest waste of $38 ever. I don’t think My wife and I will ever be back. Please stay away from this place.

I ordered a 1/4 DARK meat it was EXTREMELY DRY.

I was charged .50 for plantain they were DRY, not sweet, and under cooked

I was charged .50 for white rice and black beans DRY, taste straight from the can rice was crunchy but looks overcooked.

I ordered a “custom smoothie” I let them know I didn’t want yogurt or ice cream just ice and fruit and they put what taste like yogurt in it anyway.

I definitely wasted $19.80, I wouldn’t recommend this place nor will I ever visit it again.

Oh and the green sauce, it’s chunky water.

I came here after seeing Big Schlim stamped it, thinking I was about to eat good… Ha! Where do I start?

The fajita mix with chicken, steak, and shrimp was a whole crime scene. Barely any steak, two lonely shrimp, and the chicken was grizzly and dry. The rice was hard and everything with zero flavor, and to top it off—there was a hair in my pinto beans. Appetite? Gone.

Oh wait! The breakfast platter and the infamous croissant he recommended. Eggs came out with enough salt to melt a driveway in the winter, pancakes were dry, and the meat was just “meh” but still somehow overcooked. The croissant? Let’s just say it was flatter than my mood at this point. They gave me ONE piece of beef bacon (cut in half like they thought I wouldn’t notice), burnt to a crisp, and no turkey bacon like I ordered.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is definitely NOT stamped. Save your stomach, your coins, and your time. Oh, and don’t come for me about the hair I had already pretty much tried everything.

The customer service is great and the wings are bussin!! Didn’t like the nachos and the ice cream always looks melted but for what I come for which is the boneless wings 10/10
Smoothies are good too but they use ice cream to make it so idk how to feel about that

literally such an amazing place. I always order from here because you can tell the food is made with love and the flavors are in.SANE. My go-to is a steak bowl or NY steak strip with rice and beans and green beans or a shrimp plate. But EVERYTHING here is so good. I went to the restaurant in person one day and the energy was so chill and awesome. The people are amazing and so is their service!

How is it possible that they sell you a bag for 20 cents and you're not going to buy this chicken, it's the most ridiculous thing?

A little pricey, but it is very delicious grilled food. If you order anything other than chicken, it's going to be a little bit of a wait, but it's worth it. The dining area is always clean. Parking is a bit tight during lunch time. They have a good variety of meats.

Very tasty food, large selection, delicious salmon, chicken, and beef options. The chicken rotisserie both looks amazing and fills the restaurant inside and out with wonderful aromas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The music went along with the theme. Thank you very much, Peruvian Charcoal Chicken & Grill! Highly recommended :)
