I have been getting breakfast and lunch from this establishment for some time now; the food is not bad for a quick bite that is premade. There's usually three staff members who work the front area frequently, one in particular has the worst customer service, she does not speak, the price is never the same when she completes my order. I generally get the same thing every time, and every time she is placing my order there is an issue. I asked to speak with the manager/owner, and she proceeds to tell me she doesn't know who that is and she has no way to reach them with an attitude might I add. She probably should work in the back cooking vs up from with people horrible disposition.

Christmas eve dinner.
Well, I frequent this establishment often, and today I was very disappointed at the garbage that in my cousins take home order. She order a crab cake meal, but when we got home 40 mikes away, it was the lifted over disgusting chicken quarter and who know what that other stuff was. She almost gagged at the appearance.

I really want to like this place still, but...

Nothing here was special. Perhaps I came in too late or at the wrong time. 1 chicken and 3 large sides and a 2Liter for $38 is not the worst deal. Over all probably won't be back as there is plenty of competition for charcoal grilled chicken. The saving grace is the service there were a few issues I faced and the staff was very accommodating.

Hello,

I’ve ordered from this location through DoorDash twice and have also visited in person before—each time having a great experience. Unfortunately, tonight was very different.

I arrived around 10:40 p.m., and since the store closes at 11 p.m., I expected to still be able to order. I completely understand how it feels to be close to closing time, as I also work in the restaurant industry. However, if a restaurant is open until 11, guests should still be able to receive the same quality and service until that time—unless ingredients are genuinely unavailable.

What I saw tonight was disappointing: the food looked dry and thrown together without care, and several items weren’t available. I was even shorted on what I ordered. When I politely said I didn’t want it and wished the staff a good night, one of the employees spoke negatively about me in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand—but I did.

It was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional to be spoken about that way as a paying customer, especially after trying to be polite. For a place that usually serves such good food, this experience was really disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to read this—I hope it’s addressed, as I’d like to continue being a customer.

When you close at 11 the doors should never be locked at 10:45 especially when you have buffet style food. The food is great which is more reason you should allow customers in at 10:45 PM!!! Doors should lock at 11 PM. And the OPEN sign is blinking!!!

We visited them more than once and the last 3 visits have sucked. We arrived at 7:30 p.m. on a Sunday and they are open until 11. We ordered their whole chicken dinner with 3 large sides and a drink. I wanted Mac and cheese but it looked dry and after asking they said they put it out a few hours ago. So I ordered rice, beans, and plantains. The chicken was cold, the plantains were hard and cold, the rice and beans were flavorful but again hard and cold. Biggest waste of $38 ever. I don’t think My wife and I will ever be back. Please stay away from this place.

First and LAST TIME here.

I ordered a 1/4 DARK meat it was EXTREMELY DRY.

I was charged .50 for plantain they were DRY, not sweet, and under cooked

I was charged .50 for white rice and black beans DRY, taste straight from the can rice was crunchy but looks overcooked.

I ordered a “custom smoothie” I let them know I didn’t want yogurt or ice cream just ice and fruit and they put what taste like yogurt in it anyway.

I definitely wasted $19.80, I wouldn’t recommend this place nor will I ever visit it again.

Oh and the green sauce, it’s chunky water.
