The large pepperoni pizza we ordered at the Clinton, MD Pizza Hut last week ranks right up there with the WORST pizzas we've ever had! This really deserves ZERO STARS!
We ordered regular cheese, extra sauce, well done. Nothing fancy. What we got was a very dried up pizza that tasted old, with almost no sauce, lacking flavor, and scarcely any pepperoni.
It wasn't even a hot mess since it was barely warm. It was inedible and had to be thrown away. Pizza Hut, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Shame on us if we'd returned, so several days later, we placed an identical order at the Papa John's in Clinton, MD. What we got was hot and saucy, with a perfect balance of cheese and pepperoni.
The crust was perfectly cooked and the pizza was fresh and delicious! Clearly, the ingredients were superior, as was the pizza, and the attention to the details of the order reflected pride in its preparation.
Btw, we've had very good pizza three times from the Pizza Hut on Iverson Street in Hillcrest Heights, MD. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about the customers.
We hope our giving credit where it's due is helpful all around. However, we will not be returning to the Clinton Pizza Hut. Just saying.

Trying to contact someone and to place an order, it was very hard to get questions asked and I order was not a priority to make a sale. They did not answer the phone in a timely manner. I am very disappointed with the service that was given by two different workers. It is very confusing when they try to explain the order procedures. Customer service should be first priority to making the sale for the company. I wanted to make a order over the phone but I had to go directly inside to place it. When I was trying to call it in.

Didn’t receive pineapples on my pizza like I ordered. the pizza tasted old and dry very disappointed
Delivery order put in as pick up. Finally delivered cold pizza. Had to be heated. Veggie pizza vegetables have no taste. It's been a long time since I had Pizza Hut. Quality has really gone down. I won't order again.

Everytime I order from this location the service is awful. I decided to give it another chance thinking maybe it was just a bad night. Nope, here it is 10 PM and I ordered my pizza at 8:46, my kids are sleep now. When I called the location it said the store was closed. Absolutely unacceptable. If you want your pizza in a timely manner DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. EVER!!!
