I ordered the rib tips and fries. It was very good. The only reason a star was docked was for the same complaint many reviewers have....it takes a long time to get your food. I have a feeling it's a very small staff.

I went there a few weeks ago and I called my order in 15mins before I got there and still had to wait 20 more minutes for my food just for it to be cold then they don't give you enough for your money. I know I won't be going back there anymore. Standing in the cold waiting on your food isn't worth it and the guys at the window have jacked up attitudes.

I have tried this place about 3 to 4 times each time I got the ribs. The ribs was black. I spoke to the manager previously and they did replace my order, but it was the same thing ,today after church. I had a taste for ribs decided to give them a fourth chance very disappointed spoke to RC. He did agree to make it right, but I decided not to go back not worth $35 for a slab of ribs. Smoke with Hickory wood turns them black and the rub they use. Ribs was also dry.

Purchased a rib dinner ($19) with two sides. The mac n cheese and collards were decent, but the ribs were burnt, I could only eat 1 of the 5 that came in the dinner because they were that rough. Felt like the ribs were made the day before/old. Tried to speak with the manager, gave up. Check your food before you leave.

No thanks, terrible customer service spent 30 mins waiting for 1 burger, and spent another 30 going back and forth with a zesty guy about the fact my burger was cold… just for him to hold onto my replacement meal, prompting a request for a refund. Which I have yet to get! Can’t wait to share my experience here!
Also, while waiting, spoke with a guy who ordered chops. He said last week when he ordered chops n fish, they gave him extra fish because there were no chops. Never telling him and allowing him the opportunity to try something else.
Buy black… but then u get shady and unprofessional situations…. Damn that.
Nasty sugar lemonade and tea. They pick and choose who to serve with speed. Overly sugary sides. Undercooked food. Bugs all around Hope the kitchen is clean for their inspection that coming up! They got the right one today!

Decided to give them a try today after all these years.. I wish I'd read some of the reviews first. Put in 2 orders, 1 for myself, and one for my mom.. A fish sandwich combo, and a cheeseburger combo. The transaction was smooth enough, the employees were friendly, but the food... oh, the food..
The fish combo came out first.. even tho it was the last order, didn't think much of it because burgers don't take that long to cook.. or rather it shouldn't. After waiting an extra 10 minutes, and asking, we were told they had a big catering order they were getting out and the burger would be next up.. meanwhile, we're seeing folks pull up, place orders, GET their orders and leaving.. after enough of waiting, went to complain and get a refund when the food magically appeared. Now I have a cold, unseasoned fish combo (won't do that again), moms burger looks like a store bought pattie, burned and she didn't even finish it.. The fries were store bought frozen, undercooked crinkle fries, and the half and half tea is so watered down you're just getting tea flavored water...
Sorry, but definitely wouldn't recommend of this experience..

My 1st time coming and I'll be back! The staff was friendly and my ribs and half/half mix drink were amazing. I wanted some ribs badly and they didnt disappoint; great eats after service! Great seating area and the food came out within 15min! My only concern was the increase in flies that came around once my food came out and both the kale and cabbage weren't that good to me (that's my option where others may disagree and that's ok). Overall, I'd come back again and support our people.

They forgot to put the barbarque sauce on the bag. It began to rain and thunder storm. I called back and told them I was coming back for the sauce, I then asked could I receive another small cup of greens for the Inconvenience but Reggie said No I can't do that but gave me two cups of sauce which is the same size as the small greens which is 250 each, poor customer service and he never gave me a reciept.
