Received amazing service from the young people here working tonight. It’s refreshing to see young people working hard and having pride where they work. Awesome job, will visit again just because of the great customer service.

We know Rita's Ice products are really good. The staff here is just as awesome! Though the lines tend to get a bit long as the weather gets warmer, the staff remain friendly and fast! I noticed that they have teenagers working there and some seem to have come back after each season. They also have a community board for you to enjoy while you wait. I've found some great resources on there. I love my neighborhood Rita's!

I recently visited Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard and had a wonderful experience. I tried the mango Misto shake, mango Italian ice, cherry Italian ice, and mango gelato, and all were absolutely delicious!

The mango Misto shake was creamy and refreshing, with a perfect balance of sweetness and mango flavor. The mango Italian ice was incredibly flavorful and tasted like biting into a fresh mango. The cherry Italian ice was also delicious, with a bold cherry flavor that was very refreshing. Lastly, the mango gelato was creamy and smooth, with a rich mango flavor that was simply delightful.

The staff at Rita’s were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes.

Always good service and always tastes great

Rita's is Rita's, but the pace of the sales are ridiculously long. There's no reason a line of 3-4 people takes over 10-15 minutes

The cashier was friendly. She described the flavors.

Best location ever. They are quick and always get my order together correctly.
