The food was good. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was just good. It was a Gen. Ruby Tuesday atmosphere. Meaning regular folk or having their meals. And there was no rowdiness or anything like that.

Ordered the destructured beef kebob and was delivered chicken. While the wait staff was apologetic, it took 15 minutes to correct the order at a time when the restaurant was only at 20% capacity at best. It felt like my order was put at the end of the line instead of being a priority. My companion's catfish and fries meal arrived with the first kabob dish and was lukewarm. On a positive note, the kebab dish was quite tasty. The peppers were fresh. Although the beef was slightly overcooked with a few chewy pieces, the dish overall was flavorful. The restaurant gets low marks for poor kitchen execution and prioritization.

Atmosphere is always pleasant & quiet enough to have a conversation w/out yelling. The bartenders are always very nice, the host is always pleasant, & one can always find the manager walking around if needed. This Ruby Tuesday seems to have stood the test of time & the only chain bar in the immediate area. Burgers, wings, steaks & and the pastas are my favorite! The weekday drink specials are such a good deal & if you have the Ruby Tuesday app even better BC there are deals everyday (ex: BOGO, buy one get 2nd for $3, $10 off, free drinks, steaks @ $10, etc....). Between the app deals & the daily drink specials, my bill never comes out to more than $45!!!
My sister and I visited the Clinton location 12/1/25, around 1:20p We were told the waitresses were busy and we would need to sit in the bar area, we observed 1 party maybe 10. people and 1 other person currently eating. We agreed, the host said a table needed to be cleared, we observed 2 people at the actual bar and no booths occupied. He came back about 10 minutes later and said the bartender was busy and we would need to wait. At this point we are beginning to feel like they didn't want to serve us. We felt very unwelcome. While we were waiting we looked at the salad bar, and found several dishes that needed replenished and several dishes that looked like they had been out too long. Needless to say we left and supported another local restaurant and we won't go back.
