Worst customer service. I ordered chicken teriyaki before leaving the mall. Got home to eat it and the chicken was not done, pink and goeey. So I decided to try to cook it some more before driving all the way back to the mall. Well, that didn’t help at all. So I drove all the way back to the mall, explained what happened and I can not believe the attitude and continuous push back I recieved on how I ordered it an hour ago and it looked fine. The looks they gave me. They way she slammed and pushed my food down the line and rushed me to get it (with a customer in front of me) The only reason I’m didn’t push back is because I knew that’s what they expected and wanted. I smiled, got my food and immediately ran to make this review!

Love the North Riverside location they’re always delicious and the customer service is friendly and welcoming to say the least.

I tried giving this location grace but they keep playing in my face. I can only order stir fry with no sauce. Why? Because if I tell them LIGHT SAUCE they DROWN THE FOOD IN SAICE. I shouldn’t have sauce all over the rice. There shouldn’t be globs of sauce in my container. I’m tired of begging them to not put a ton of sauce in my stuff. Then the guy gets irritated when I order it with no sauce because I caught them steaming the sauce off of the protein instead of cooking it fresh. He turns his back on me and talks smack about me to the cook like I can’t tell he’s talking about me. You all earned this star. I wish I could go lower.

Waited a while to get our food which we didn’t mind BUT when our number was called I stepped up to get my order and the worker packaging and handing out the food looked me up and down and asked me for my receipt as if I was trying to steal the food that I’d JUST PURCHASED. Mind you I had the cup with the logo FROM HIS RESTAURANT IN MY HAND!!! I stood there and he NEVER asked the following 3 Hispanic customers for their receipt prior to handing them their food. Disrespectful to say the least and I made sure to let him know that I saw and felt the disrespect.

I have been going to the one in Pensacola Florida since I was a child and have always had a great experience. Delicious food, so consistent every time.
