I love their lemon filled and apple filled donuts. The people who work there are always friendly. A+ in my book. Thank you!

I can't rate the atmosphere because I went through the drive up window. Excellent service and great apple fritters!

I ordered four old-fashioned cinnamon rolls with walnuts. I got four rolls without walnuts, very little cinnamon and 2 ton of rum flavor icing. Being that they were boxed I didn't notice this problem until I got home. I checked the order request and it stated that the order was for Four old-fashioned rolls with walnuts and I got something with ungodly amount of icing on it, lot's of it. This has happened before and at the price of $3.60 (with tax) per roll I should be able to get what I requested. I'll try again and if the staff cannot get the order right. I'll move on. The old-fashioned cinnamon rolls with walnuts are fantastic, when they get the order right.

Maybe my expectations were too high. Unfortunately, Shipley Donuts lacks consistency. I eventually left because there were no hot donuts available. The staff member did kindly ask if I wanted to wait, but I just didn’t have 15 minutes to spare for a product that’s literally in their name. While I understand the focus on freshness and not wanting items to sit out, glazed donuts are the restaurant’s staple, so having to wait that long felt unusual. Perhaps I’m comparing it to the Shipley locations in Texas. I’d love to come back, but not for cold donuts that have been sitting out.
Newly opened. Clean. Staff is still learning but it was nice to get kolaches outside of Texas

Just ok, I would rate it right under Dunkin’ Donuts. There were no other customers in the store so that should tell you something. Was my first time going and I bought a couple for my husband as well. According to my husband, Shipley’s is popular in the south and on point, but when he tasted them, he felt the same way…just mediocre. Oh well, we tried.
Best donuts in the area, plus the service is outstanding.

Stopped by on Wednesday afternoon around 2pm and the parking lot and drive-thru were completely empty. There were no signs of life inside. I called and got a voicemail and no one returned by message promptly as promised in the announcement. I don't want to waste another trip until someone can confirm that they are consistently open the hours stated.
