It's cleanish , nothing alarming. The food was ok, it was really soggy and I had eaten it right away. Overall frustration came when I have a gift card and they say they don't know how to use it. I get some branches don't take gift cards or whatever but that wasn't the case I asked him specifically and he said he just didn't know how to use it. Kind of frustrating that the employees don't know what to do.

They claim to close at 2 but pull up to drive through at 130 and listen to announcement. I don’t understand why not just adjust the hours to the time you actually will be closed. It that hard to do?

Was counting on them open till advertised 2 am but that was lie. Stopped taking orders at 140am.
Taco Bell, since the fast food chain has populated the Northeast and now in the Southeast has been a go-to for me. 👍🏿

Never got my food. Waited in the drive-thru line when the restaurant closes at 2am. Its currently 1:50. They just stood there and didn't acknowledge me. I had an ubereats order and a personal order.

Surprisingly, Good. I stopped eating Taco Bell for years. While on my way in Shopper-s I was hungry. I took a chance, ordered one taco. Nacho something. Delicious.

This location is never open past 12a Sometimes when I come after work at 11:20 it will be closed... Why Post hours if they're never followed?
On the odd chance they are open, the customer service is always lacking, and I have had several issues where a mistake in food ordered was made. Calling back to the restaurant and speaking to management are very difficult experiences.
The one by my house in Virginia is great. Wish I could say the same for this one. It would be great to just get some standard Taco Bell food on the way home from work. Whatever happened to Brand standards?
Unfortunately I will not be patronizing this location anymore. I do however it's still planning on patronizing other Taco Bell locations as they ARE open late and serve a great product.
