The staff at this location has an attitude problem, every last one of them except for the guy at the register. And my drink was thick as, couldn’t even drink it with the straw. Used a spoon instead. Crazy work smh

We ordered the Watermelon Mojito, that we love and have had from other other locations and is normally great.....but these were TERRIBLE. Spent $40 for delivery of 3 smoothies and they were horrible. Tastes like watery watmelon juice, no mint taste, no sweetness all around bad.

Very nasty , not clean. Staff was good... manager, disgusting.... joe queen should be in jail for the things allowed in this establishment. His staff is treated like slaves. He bought his wife to the store to fight a staff member for a call out. It's not to code, mold mildew growth on tools used to make smoothies!. Shut it down!!

I had a really great experience, I’m pretty sure she was the manager but I was helped by a lady with short hair and her customer service was just amazing. She was welcoming and patient as I decided what I wanted, my smoothie was great!

It was perfectly refreshing and had me prepared to make the best of my contract signing today. I went back to work. To my scheduled meeting and collected that 10k check lol customer service A1.

I usually go to this location quite often and never had any issues but this pass Sunday I visited 4/21/24 roughly around 7-8:30 and ordered my usual veggie hummus wrap and pomegranate plunge drink, and I believe the hummus veggie wrap gave me food poisoning. I’ve been throwing up and on the toilet for the last few days and it’s not getting any better. I’m heading to the hospital now I’ve been out of work, and haven’t been able to eaten anything since that night…
Whenever I order here after my morning workouts, the team is fast and efficient, they also help by explaining items on their menu when I have questions.I loss my wallet and didn’t realize it until a day later. After re-tracing my steps, I went back to tropical smoothie and was met by Daija H. who stored my wallet in a safe. If you want to continue growing as a store/company, look after your employees like Daija make sure she is well compensated. Great personality and character! May the Lord continue to bless you! After I picked up my order, i noticed that my chips wasnt in the bag. So i went back inside and told them I was missing my BBQ chips, the guy was like, we dont have any BBQ. My question is, why didn't you substitute the chips with a different flavor or at least tell me that when i arrived? Anyways, he gave me plain chips, no apology or nothing lol. Then I get back to my job to eat my lunch and the Acai Bowl did not have granola in it which was the reason why I ordered the bowl. I called up to the store twice, no answer. I drove back to see if they ran out of granola or if they forgot to put it in the bowl. When I arrived, there were no customers in the store, so why yall couldnt answer the phone? It was like two employees in the back and two in the front. The guy said, we dont have no granola.Why are you letting customer's order items that you don't have all the ingredients to and not saying anything? That Acai Bowl is $12!!!Fix the customer service at this location please!
