Entering the location felt welcoming compared to other Maryland locations. The staff was welcoming and adjusted my order as necessary. My preferred order was made exactly as I like. Although this is not my normal location, I would not mind returning again.

Just left Tropical Smoothie in Pikesville on Reistertown Rd. Was ordering $32 worth of food and smoothies. Got ready to pay and all I had was a $100 bill. The cashier literally told me. Oh we don’t accept $100 bills for payment. How can a business decide how a customers pays? My wife frequently comes to this location every other day, and gets the Chicken Bacon Wrap Flatbread and island spinach smoothie non detox. And I tried them once and decided I would get a flatbread and Mango Smoothie. After this experience, they will never have to worry about me patronizing their business again. What a way to serve your neighborhood Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

This location is not as good as the others. I gave 3 stars for customer service because they were friendly. However, the quality is not up to par. How do you only offer 3 flavors of chips? How do you not have all the sides you are supposed to have available? Why are the smoothies watered down? Why is the food just thrown together? It’s really no excuse for it to still be like this.
