This location is not as good as the others. I gave 3 stars for customer service because they were friendly. However, the quality is not up to par. How do you only offer 3 flavors of chips? How do you not have all the sides you are supposed to have available? Why are the smoothies watered down? Why is the food just thrown together? It’s really no excuse for it to still be like this.

I love the Tropical Smoothie Location in Clinton. I am practically there everyday! The staff is always so personable and helpful with recommendations. As a lot of us know Customer Service at other food places can be a bit lackluster; Im not judging, just name it. But not at Tropical Smoothie in Clinton; there the service IS top knotch. Everyone there is awesome but I want to shoutout Natasha, Ocean, Danielle, Jerell and Vanetta. My apologies if I spelled your name incorrectly. There is one other young lady who helped recently but her name slipped my mind (my apologies, I think its Kaiya). Last Friday, I asbsentmindedly left my bank card at the store and she put it in a safe place. Where do they do that? Ill tell you where...at Tropical Smoothie in Clinton, MD (8505 Woodyard Road). And I must also mention the store IS CLEAN, with NO fruit gnats flying around. Thank you to everyone that works there. You are appreciated by me.
