Entering the location felt welcoming compared to other Maryland locations. The staff was welcoming and adjusted my order as necessary. My preferred order was made exactly as I like. Although this is not my normal location, I would not mind returning again.
This location is not as good as the others. I gave 3 stars for customer service because they were friendly. However, the quality is not up to par. How do you only offer 3 flavors of chips? How do you not have all the sides you are supposed to have available? Why are the smoothies watered down? Why is the food just thrown together? It’s really no excuse for it to still be like this.
Love visiting here…. The atmosphere is so chill and fun. I am always greeted with a smile and can always count on a laugh with the staff. Sometimes my visit is the highlight of my day. Thank you Janise, Alicia, Jerrell and Kaiyah!
