I visited this restaurant on 2/27/26 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Before arriving, I called to place an order so it would be ready when I got there. The woman who took my order (her name sounded like “Duray”) told me that because my total exceeded $25, I would need to pay by credit card over the phone. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable giving my card number over the phone and offered to reduce my order to keep it under $25. She then said it was fine and that she would prepare it this time, as long as I came to pick it up. She told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived about 15 minutes later and immediately noticed several customers visibly upset because their orders were not ready. There was only one person working the front and one cook in the back. The cook had earbuds in and did not appear to be moving with any sense of urgency, despite the obvious backlog. After waiting 40 minutes and seeing multiple frustrated customers — including DoorDash drivers — I began to question how this business is being managed. The front of the store lady kept telling new customers their food would be ready in 20 minutes, even though it was clear the kitchen was already far behind. Let me remind you, only two people working in the whole store. She was polite, but the overall operation seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. After nearly an hour of waiting (including the 15 minutes before I arrived), the cook stepped away for a break. I didn’t realize this until about 10 minutes later. When I asked how many orders were ahead of mine, I was told there were still three. At that point, I requested a refund. The employee processed it without hesitation, which suggests she understood the wait had been excessive. However, during the call to get the refund authorization code, I overheard her explain the reason as “he feels like he waited too long,” which minimized what had actually happened. I had been there for about 45 minutes in person, in addition to calling ahead. Overall, the experience reflected poor organization, lack of urgency in the kitchen, and weak customer service procedures. While the front staff member was courteous, the operation itself felt chaotic and mismanaged. I would recommend considering other options if you’re looking for timely service.

First time coming here with my girlfriend and we got the 12pc bake wings with greens and bacon cheese fries. Omg when I say that chicken is so season and flavorful without the sauce put on them. The fries it’s real good cheese on them. And hold on the kool-Aid it took me back to my childhood. I will be back here again the service was so good the young lady who was working the front help me out with placing my order all together 10/10 definitely recommend

I absolutely love Wing Heaven! Every time I stop by, the wings are fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. My personal favorites are Honey Old Bay and Honey BBQ, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of their sauces. The honey-lemon-pepper boneless wings are next-level—crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and even when they’re busy, my order is ready fast. I’ve ordered delivery a few times too, and the food still arrives hot and delicious. If you’re in Clinton and craving wings, this is the spot. Highly recommend giving them a try—you’ll be hooked!

Wing Heaven would receive more business if they didn't require you to pay over the phone for anythingover $50. This is a major inconvenience if you're calling in your order for pick-up and your card information isn't handy. Most establishments accept payment once you arrive. This is the reason I stopped going to Wing Heaven a few years ago and nothing has changed. Can't even place an order online. They definitely losted a would be loyal customer.

I ordered a 9 piece Obay combo yesterday and it the worst burned dried out chicken I've ever had. The best thing about this was the Ginger Ale can soda. I try to patronize local establishments but this was awful.
Placed an order via food app. Didn't receive additional sides i paid for. The fries were old, hard and inedible. My friend wasn't feeling well after eating her order of chicken. The kool aid tasted bland. An overall bad experience... highly disappointed. If you're going to eat here order at the location and check your food

Waiting over 40 mins in store for an order I called 15 minutes ahead of time. This is completely unacceptable. The short lady in the front is on her phone and I was at the front desk to check for the third time anout my order and she just rudely ignored me and continued to stare at her phone, At that point I had to raise my voice to get acknowledged. She proceeded to go to the back and talk to the heavy set guy and ask about my order ( she was looking at the table and tickets confused with headphones in and phone in hand. She then get closer to the guy and begin to whisper. I heard him say I haven’t started yet. She then comes to me and says 5 mins. I was able to capture videos and pictures of all of these unsanitary practices and am currently reporting them to PG MD.
