Well I just left there and I waited an hour for my odds and ordered off the app then they took the longest time making my food only for it to be partially seasoned. Crazy wouldn’t recommend

Everybody knows that wing stop’s most popular item is the ranch. So why is it that every time I come to this location, they never have any. I’ve wasted my time, money, and energy at least 3 times, coming to this janky wing stop. Management has got to do better. I will not ever return

I come here every Friday’s and it’s always the same thing. They have like 10 people just standing there and they don’t even acknowledge the customers. I always place my order 25 minutes ahead of time and when I get there it always takes forever to get attended. Even when I speak up I’m always told to wait or ignored even thought my foods always ready when I get there.

The manager yelled at me just for being Hispanic. I asked for my refund because he made me wait almost 30 minutes. and he yelled at me ugly
If you are placing and picking up your own order online. NOTE: They give priority to those who are delivery app, not you. Get ready to wait a long time. Wait for 40 minutes on my order. that's not how orders work. Will not be coming back here any time..

I placed an online order for pick up for September 14. I received a confirmation number and all. Apparently the order was not processed to my credit card. Why I don’t know but I had no idea until I went to pick up my order. Instead of the manager trying to assist me all she kept saying was if I don’t have a ticket for you ain’t nothing I can do..period. She was just extremely rude and nasty as if she didn’t even want to be there and when another employee attempted to help me she wouldn’t let them

if I could rate this place a -0 I would. I don’t mean to be that one stereotypical person but this is why people complain about African-Americans. This African-American lady/general manager is highly rude and inappropriate. My sister and I have not received our order Doordash who delivers orders for them refunded our order and sent it back to the store, but the lady purposely refused to refund us. She was going back-and-forth with my sister about foolishness. It is highly unprofessional and It is a disgrace to the Wingstop establishment. I’m sorry to say this, but whoever is in charge they need to get new management Staff or shut the Wingstop down completely. This is beyond a disgrace. Please, everyone who sees this I urge you not go to this place. there are so many other establishments that will treat you better with customer service and better quality food. DO NOT GO TO THIS WINGSTOP.
