These Baskin is the worst for filling scoop of ice cream. They 20% lower than usual store I been. How dunkin franchise allow them and put no restriction on store.
Our friend wanted ice cream to top off a delicious meal, so we popped into Baskin-Robbins. This is something we never do, so it was a real treat for us and we went all in. My husband and I both had two scoop hot fudge sundaes. Mine was with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. My husband had Mint Chocolate Chip and World Class Chocolate. Each sundae was topped with the hot fudge, whipped cream, a cherry. Since we had not been in a Baskin-Robbins for so long we were quite shocked at the price of our sundaes – each was $5.99 plus tax – really expensive. The sundaes were good.
My kid ordered 2 two scoops of ice cream, gives two different flavors. Guy at the counter gave him one scoop. I realized it after I paid. I tell the guy he messed up and ask for the second scoop since he messed up. He gives me the second scoop and then tries to make me pay full price for a second scoop (so $4 each instead of $6 for two scoops). Even though it was his error, I didn't expect the scoop for free, just as much as it would have been if he'd done the two scoops like he was supposed to. His only response was that he didn't hear, so it was my kid's fault, not his. He made a simple mistake and did nothing to try to fix it.
Came in, nobody was at the counter. Waited a few minutes, a guy finally comes out, asks what I want. I tell him, and he’s just standing there doing something on his phone, not saying anything. Someone else is there trying to pick up an order and talking to him, he’s ignoring her too for his phone. I left.
Ice cream was good and the staff was friendly. The waffle comes seemed as though they were expired as they were quite chewy.
This site for Baskin-Robbins maintains the standard of smooth, creamy, and creative flavors. Being in a shopping center means there is adequate parking. Service was prompt and friendly. I enjoyed two scoops, one Pistachio-almond and the coffee flavored jamoca. The store, which is shared with the donut people, was clean and offered both inside and sidewalk seating. One definitely gets value for money.
Evil! The man tried to burn our esophagi
The worst customer service ever. Three customers walked out. The lady was taking her time making her own ice cream. The guy had no interest in helping anyone at all, he just wanted to listen to his music and play on his phone.
Just had ice cream there with my daughter, and we both got hot fudge sundaes! The staff and everyone is so nice there!
I’ve been coming to this location for a long time. They always have what I need and my ice cream is always perfect. The restaurant is always clean and sanitize and staff is always really nice.

Staff is “extremely” unprofessional. I stood at the ice cream counter for 7 minutes and none of the employees said a single word to me although all 3 looked me directly in my face. They instead welcomed and served the 3 customers who came in after myself. They were so busy goofing off, gossiping and having inappropriate conversation. I took my money to Coldstones and won’t be returning to that Baskin-Robbins.

Had CNN on the television. Not going to give my money to any place like that
don't get me wrong i love both of these places. but as a person with a needed service dog, seeing a woman sitting with her dog and openly talking about how it isn't a service dog to some lady makes me angry. maybe this dog is well behaved, i can't say but either way having an untrained dog in any not dog-friendly public space is a danger to service dogs & their handlers.
I came into the shop hoping to get some ice cream as I have been a life long customer at numerous locations. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem to understand what a peanut allergy (or any allergy) is— along with how to accommodate it. Refusing to, at least, clean off the scooper. Then offering me a Reese's ice cream after telling the employee multiple times that my allergy was to peanut. This issue needs to be resolved so that those with allergies are able to continue safely eating and enjoying Baskin Robbins.
