I ordered two breakfast burritos online for morning pickup, but when I arrived, I was told the item wasn’t actually on the menu yet and wouldn’t be available for another two days. I don’t understand why the system would allow customers to place an order for something that can’t be prepared.
To make matters worse, I was told the refund would take about two days to process. There was no manager available to address the issue, and only one employee working at the time. Overall, it felt like very poor management and a frustrating introduction to the business.

I'm not going to say it's always perfect but I'll tell you why Bubbakoo's on York Rd gets 5 stars. The location that listens the the feedback and respond immediately, so this became my go to. It's comfort food thought up by college kids, either partying or recovering from partying, that is the best choice when you can't choose. There is truly something on the menu for just about anyone.

Terrible experience my first time ordering here. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos online for pickup in the morning. This restaurant is asking for a food poisoning outbreak. Staff gloves up to touch raw meat and then uses same gloves to prepare your food. Despite there being spoons and tongs grabs cold ingredients with raw meat gloves.
Can not speak to the taste. I was not risking getting ecoli. Threw out food for safety. Waste of $30.

This food is so much better than Chipotle. What a great dinner. The birria was so tender, the food was hot and price was great!! Do not waste your time with Chipotle! Give Bubbakoos a go! It will not disappoint!!!!❤️
My favorite burrito spot to go to! Food quality and quantity is always amazing. Customer service is perfect. Very affordable for such large portions. Always filling always satisfied.

The food I ordered was absolutely delicious. I will order again especially the carnitas salad taco shell with habanero pineapple and corn salsa. Mmm sooo good 🤩👍

I would say the food and prices are decent but I run into issues when trying to use my points on the app in store. I pressed in store use while at the register and showed it to the girl behind the register but she seemed confused and only gave me $1 off when it was a full free item from my points. When I showed her the app further she had said she did give me a discount ($1 off the total price instead of the entire side)… again food is good but if you have an app with points you gain by spending you should honor that
