I would say the food and prices are decent but I run into issues when trying to use my points on the app in store. I pressed in store use while at the register and showed it to the girl behind the register but she seemed confused and only gave me $1 off when it was a full free item from my points. When I showed her the app further she had said she did give me a discount ($1 off the total price instead of the entire side)… again food is good but if you have an app with points you gain by spending you should honor that

Stopped in here today for the first time. I was looking for something new and different from the normal sandwiches and such. Bubbakoo's popped up on Google Maps so I headed over. LOVED IT! I had a chicken burrito, this thing was massive, there is some left in the fridge for a snack later. The meat was very flavorful, all of the toppings I selected were fresh and 100% on point. I also had some chips and queso dip, the dip was outstanding with just the right amount of spice/heat to it. This place is so much better than any place of its kind I have been to, I really enjoyed my lunch and will be going back soon to try some different items. The guy that took my order and made my food up was very friendly, he talked to me like I have known him for years. To be fair, I was in a little bit of grumpy mood and my trip here turned my day around.

My husband likes spicy food and is always disappointed when someone claims they have ghost pepper sauce. The ghost pepper sauce here was actually spicy. I don't think I've ever seen a tear come down his eye from spice before. Portions are great, price is decent, the food was amazing! So many things on the menu it was hard to decide. Definitely coming back.

I saw an earlier reviewer that had the same experience. There was so little chicken in my burrito that I’d almost feel comfortable splitting it with a vegetarian! I got the BOGO special and there is ALMOST enough meat for a kids small kids between the two burritos! And the meat wasn’t fresh. You’re better off just ordering the veggie since that’s all you get. But the veggies, rice and beans were exceptional!

Went 3 times to try it out. Got a chicken and shrimp bowl every time, trying different sauces out. The first 2 times, the rice was really hard and grilled chicken was burnt. 3rd time, rice was soft and chicken was on point. I’ll go back again and hope it’s like the 3rd time. But regardless, it’s a healthy option for just rice and protein with some sauce so if recommend it.
