21 minutes to get thru drive thru today…..unacceptable
Slow service, burned food, abusive staff. Avoid.
I normally get good service but not today. The woman at the second window was rude. She gives me my food but doesn’t give me my drink. As I waiting for my drink, she rudely ask “ what are you waiting for?” I rely “my drink” Then she asks me what did you order. I tell her and she says with a sweet tea? I reply yes and she give me the tea with no straw lol. It was not really what she said but how she said it
