Staff is always great and food is good. But when I'm 3rd car in line in the drive through and it takes 20 mins just to get to the speaker. Really need to hire more staff here, there is only ever 2 people working at a time

Alot of flys flying around. hope they don't sit on the food. Faucet is from 1960s high school. Push style faucet in bathroom. Don't use the bathrooms and get in and get out. Lady working there is nice but constantly understaffed. The other old lady has a broken back,.can't work and shouldn't be working. She seems like she is miserable 😖. I really won't recommend but if your hungry then do it

All I ordered was a #1 at noon when there was no line. Yet what I got look like it had been stepped on ,refrigerated, and then left out for a week, and anything short of being spit on, but it’s hard to tell if that could’ve happened too. You will never want to get a refund more in your life than if you go to this Burger King. Just save yourself the trouble. I have suffered enough for all of us.

Food is good and almost never an issue. It's a burger king, you get what you expect. The staff are miserable and overworked, even when there is literally no one else in the drive thru or restaurant. They are not quick as they always take at least 5-8 minutes to get your food out. You could go next door and order the same amount of food in half the time for a lower price. Avoid unless you genuinely crave that whopper.

I couldn't swap the survey coupon that offered the regular whopper for the impossible whopper. Their attitude seems stale and unfriendly. They need to work on their customer service. My goodness, smile more, and thank customers. We can go eat somewhere else. It's not worth the far trip to me, from rosedale to here.
