Was enjoying my Chick-Fil-a cobb salad after a hard day. I pick this off my chicken. With no doubt in my mind I realize this is a cockroach leg. I proceeded to vomit. This is a new low for Chick-Fil-A. I am astounded.

This CFA needs a trainer to come in ASAP. And Mike Hutton needs to review the policies he has regarding customers money. Being double charged for a meal, bringing it to their attention, being told it’s not a double charge, and then having to drive back to get a refund is ridiculous.
Then when you speak to the General manager, he is not helpful at all. I shouldnt have had to drive back, to get a refund on a meal I told you I was being double charged for when I was at the window. And a 2 count strip is not the equivalent of what I spent, nor the equivalent of what you guys pulled out of my account.
They are aware of this “issue” they have and continue to put the strain on the customer.

I just purchased a Cobb salad. This Chic- fil- a used to be one of best. However here lately the quality and portion size of the food portions has demished a lot. My salad had very little chicken on it. The prices have gone up but the portion of chicken on my salad was much less than I'm used to getting. I am truly disappointed and I won't be going back!!!!!
The chicken nuggets and waffle fries are fantastic. Not greasy like the ones at other fast food places.

i just wanted a spice chicken sandwich and he gave me a regular nasty sandwich 2 of them it broke me and my friends heart didn’t want to eat destroyed my stomach and pockets #refundmepls god.
1 year later i got a spicy southwest salad and you won’t believe they forgot both of my dressings and i can’t even eat the salad im very depressed wont ever visit again and the guy myles is a very great guy best worker in that place

Didn't include half of the items on my salad, and put a cold soggy fried chicken piece instead of the sliced grilled chicken. Lettuce was so wilted I had to throw the whole thing away. When I called the store the manager was apologetic, and said they would give me a refund. Not sure how long that takes but I haven't received a refund yet. I've never had a problem at another location.
