Charged my credit card for a gallon of sweet tea. When I told them I was paying cash. Spoke to the manager Erin and all she said was sorry and refused to do anything about it. My account was over drafted because of this!

Thursday March 14, 2024 today I went to buy a chiken boll combo and when I checked it at home a burrito appeared that was not what I ordered at the cashier yesterday in another branch I ordered a nugget combo and they only gave me the potatoes and the drink I know what's happening because 2 days in a row it already worries me.

Went thru drive thru today. Pulled up to get food and told to park at the Ramada next door and wait. No explanation and quite a long delay. When I asked why I was told I don't know it just wasn't ready and we have to keep the cars moving. Well how about preparing my food promptly? I came for fast food not wait for it food!
