I have been coming here since this Chick-fil-A has opened. It has been great service and the food is always fresh. Everyone there is very friendly. I always am impressed! Love the new chicken sandwich.

We did a catering order for our toddlers’s birthday, and the order was correctly provided, and given on time. We were pleased with the freshness of the food, and it was a crowd pleaser.

Fantastic Service & an Incredible Chicken and Waffle Sandwich!
A group of us from work were in the area for a training class and stopped by the Chick-fil-A in Hunt Valley for lunch — and it was a great choice. We used the drive-thru, and the team member who took our order was awesome. We were a little ditzy after a long morning of training, and he just rolled with it, super friendly and patient the entire time.
We all tried the chicken and waffle sandwich, and wow — it was excellent. Absolutely delicious… sweet but not too sweet, with a waffle that tasted great and actually held together. It was the perfect balance and something I’d highly recommend trying.
Great service, great food, great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Have usually been happy with everything Ive ordered drive through but just received a kale salad that was obviously left over from the day before so heads up don’t go there early or before lunchtime for salad!
The remodel is a disaster. The dining room and parking somehow got smaller. Food comes to the table but only half the order. It’s unfortunate as we used to love coming here.

I was surprised that I received a different sandwich than I ordered. They try their best to keep things moving, but it is very crowded & is hard to enter & exit the parking lot. I eat Chick-fil-A food often. Just a little disappointed in this one; 1st time I’ve been to this one.

Mobile order southwest salad took 20 minutes at 925pm on a Monday night. Young lady taking orders said her iPad didn't work, shrugged it off. Lady working the window had no clue.

My salad is always skimpy here with the meat. Doesn’t even look like the same salad I get in York. This is not the first time the salad has been disappointing. Customer service is always nice

I've yet to visit even 1 bad Chick Fill A; they're all friendly, helpful, polite & clean. My fav is the Cobb salad, fav drink is strawberry milkshake, so rich & thick I always tell them to think it out meaning whip it more I. Red go try s different flavor , spread my wings . Oh the chicken strips taste like real chicken, I was skeptical brcsusebi like real & bone in chicken. Of course the fries are nice. I teach order can stand a lil more in it ñ. I once had the big chicken on a bun, I was not able to eat it all; it's so big & it was pretty good.
Shout out to Jacob for coming through to get together our order in an extraordinary amount of time because we inadvertently ordered it by mistake for another day. He saved the day!
I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at the Hunt Valley location. While ordering lunch for an offsite company meeting, I encountered difficulties placing my order online. After two unsuccessful attempts and re-entering the order, I became frustrated and decided to call the location directly.
Fortunately, I had the pleasure of speaking with Chad, who exceeded all my expectations. He was professional, courteous, and immediately reassured me that he would handle my order over the phone, putting my mind at ease. When I arrived to pick up the order, Chad greeted me with a warm smile and meticulously reviewed each item against the receipt to ensure everything was correct. He even included extras, just in case. To top it off, he kindly carried the order to my car.
I cannot speak highly enough of Chad's exceptional service and thoughtfulness—it truly deserves recognition. Because of his outstanding assistance, I won’t hesitate to choose Chick-fil-A for future lunch meetings. Thank you once again, Chad
