Past 2 years this location has been going down. You should never run out of an item for more than a week. Service in store may be good, idk. But the girl that seems to always operate the drive thru window M-F, has a disposition no one should have to be greeted with in the morning.

We were on our way home when the youngster in the back said, "I'm hungry!" So we stop at Chick-fil-A because that is what the youngster likes. Fast and good chicken.

Seamless service. Food was tasty. Service was quick and pleasant. They took our order via tablets, some could pay right then and there. The heat lamps were a bonus for employees and customers with open windows.

The food itself is not the problem. It's the staff. My order on numerous occasions either drive thru or ordering on the app they mess up the order. There's been times when going through the drive thru they won't put my order as a meal when I ask and they charge me each item separately. There's been multiple times when I've order delivery and they have forgot something or messed up the whole order. I'll call and they ask if I can come get it. The person on the phone will act like it's a problem to fix it. You guys raise the prices when using the app and I'm paying a delivery fee. Chick fila has always been none for actually good customer service. Not here. But the delivery guy who I always see is the nicest person!

was in the area so visited the drive through. like all chick I've visited it was nice experience. was busy but got my through in about 6 minuets!
Was a regular at this location as it is next to my job, until this past Saturday when my sandwich came with a side of microfibers and what looks like bugs to me, although I’m aware it’s probably just seasoning. Granted I could only visibly see it on this chunk, couldn’t stomach the idea of trying to eat the rest of the food after only taking one bite. The least I could get is a refund for my meal, but instead, hear absolutely nothing back about the complaint I filed. So here is the google follow up and next is the health department because that’s just disgusting kitchen practices. Here’s to forever inspecting my food, thanks for the anxiety!
