Two stars because it could have been worse I guess. My bowl was filled with so much sour cream I couldn't eat it. And I was missing chips. When I filed a complaint online on the order they would only replace the missing chips. They didn't care about the quality of my main entree. Yall know nobody wants to eat that much sour cream. There was more sour cream than sofritas in my bowl. I didn't eat it.

Really rude staff members. Awful service—they were out of kids and medium cups. Said our only option was to pay for a large cup, no offer of a discount or anything. Was more than happy with the the terrible service to not purchase anything instead.

The food is usually good and orders are correct, so in that sense I can’t complain. But, they cannot be bothered to open on time. Multiple times I have had carry out orders through the app for 10:50AM and they don’t bother to unlock the door until close to 11 even though people are waiting outside and they’re supposed to be open.

Just left: picked up my Uber eats order, they forgot my queso and then went bk sent my son, they gave him a regular I paid for large, white rice in bowl which order says brown: they are consistently getting orders incorrect, no worries my last time at this location: and I hope Dave’s hot chicken take y’all customers

I like the versatility when going to chipotle. However, you usually have to get double chicken due to meager portion sizes. The place is usually pretty dirty. And the service varies a lot sometimes it’s amazing sometimes is horrible. At least you get your food quickly.
This is the worst managed chipotle I have ever visited! unfortunately for me my daughter will only eat chipotle as her fast food option. I have wasted so much money on orders at this specific establishment. Always being out of something, mobile orders wrong or barely filled, dirty, rude employees when asked to provide the proper quantity of food. Her order is very specific and very expensive. Today was my last straw, my daughter went in they were out of rice, steak, guacamole and queso all items she get in her bowl. If you want chipotle go to the York road location! I will never go to this location again!
