Overall pretty good location, not the best well kept. Seemed a little dirty and there was messes everywhere. But the food was spot on and they were quick to take and build orders

I like the versatility when going to chipotle. However, you usually have to get double chicken due to meager portion sizes. The place is usually pretty dirty. And the service varies a lot sometimes it’s amazing sometimes is horrible. At least you get your food quickly.

This is the worst managed chipotle I have ever visited! unfortunately for me my daughter will only eat chipotle as her fast food option. I have wasted so much money on orders at this specific establishment. Always being out of something, mobile orders wrong or barely filled, dirty, rude employees when asked to provide the proper quantity of food. Her order is very specific and very expensive. Today was my last straw, my daughter went in they were out of rice, steak, guacamole and queso all items she get in her bowl. If you want chipotle go to the York road location! I will never go to this location again!

Everything was good except I wanted all my toppings on the side and after the second attempt of them getting it wrong and going too fast and putting things on my bowl and not on the side I gave up and took it even though it was made wrong
Get it together portions are ass got half a bowl for this inflated price.

Since when do you put lettuce on the bottom of a bowl with hot food on top ? The guy was giving skimpy portions & just threw things in the bowl, spilling over the edges. Lettuce was soggy & wilted. Bowl was soggy & tearing. They don’t care. It was grose.

This store has went down hill. Its now being run by mexicans. Who dont really understand english. The supervisor there dont have a clue as to what he is doing. Dont know how to apply a free entree. Then why is you a supervisor. Then the online website always have issues. Charge for order then decline the charge for order. Saying system has techno issues. The people that prepare the food be rushing and making your burrito messy. This has happen on several occasions. Do not buy from this chipotle store. Try another store of chipotle. This is a head ack you dont need.

Dropped in on Friday night around 7:00 and while they were very busy, the entire team was quick and very accommodating. We noted that the rice was cooked perfectly and took a moment to mention it to the kitchen manager Isaiah. He was so pleasant and also complimented Brian the cook for the evening. Well done by the entire team!
