Me and a few friends used to come here all the time after playing ultimate frisbee on Tuesdays. I like getting a little extra cheese in my bowl, and it was no problem for a while, but eventually the manager started refusing to give me extra cheese. Anyways, I got tired of getting skimped on portion sizes, and we go to the CAVA down the road now.

Why is it every time I come to this location, they are out of EVERYTHING. If it ain't the white rice, it's the lettuce, if it's not the black beans, it's the guac. It's ridiculous. I understand now why there are 2 different Chipotle locations opening up less than 5 miles from this location.Look, Chipotle is great, I think we can all agree on that, but if you don't want your day (or order) ruined, just don't come to this location.It's dying, they have new hires in one week, out the next, management obviously can't order the correct amount of food required to run for the day, or the people who work there don't feel like actually working.Chipotle is great, just not this location.

This chipotle location is absolutely terrible. Every single time I come here they are out of something. Employees are rude and could care less. Just make the drive down York road to a different location because it’s honestly ridiculous. I never leave reviews but after the 10th time I’ve come here and they were out of something, only accepting cash, under staffed etc. I’ve had enough. I will never return to this location. I hope they close it down. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Not like chipotle isn’t doing that in general already, but it’s even worse when you make an online order. People are always waiting for online orders that were never made, even during off hours. Went for a fundraiser night for my son's group. Messiest Chipotle I've ever been to. Trash cans overflowing, the food service area has tons of cross contamination, the person making the food dripped something I didn't want onto my order instead of carefully placing it on the order of the person behind me or moving my food down the line. None of the tables were clean, and the beverage/utensil area was an utter disaster. I will go back to Chipotle, but not to this Chipotle.

If I could give this place 0 STAR's , that would be appropiate. The host Zahi!!!! The Manager and the other staff to begin with needs Customer Service Training!. The place is a dirty nasty mess, food is everyhere, I'm suprised they're able to operate. How about all (most) Chipotle MEXICAN Grills are disgusting. Because of the poor customer service, uncleaniness, and lets not forget they attempt to put a spoon of rice, meat and or vegetables and expect you to pay for extra supplies to add to the list of the pathetic food chain. I'm totally done. If I ant Mexican food I'll make my own. Because I wouldn't trust them to prepare my food and not get sick anyway! Also they're rude, impolite and clueless!

I placed an order online and designated a pickup time. I arrived at exactly my pickup time. Employee #1 asked for my name which I gave. He went to go check and said it was not ready. Ok, no worries. 10 mins go by and another worker asks for my name, and I also show the confirmation number. He says it's not ready and starts making food in the kitchen presumably to make my order. Another 10 mins later (20 mins past my pickup time) a 3rd employee asks for my name and goes to check. Turns out the bag had been sitting there for who knows how long. I, annoyed, asked him "how long has that been sitting there?" to which he replied "have a nice night". No apology, no nothing. I get home with my food and it's all cold. 1 star. Terrible customer service. Own up to your mistake. $37 for cold food. TRASH location.

As someone who works in food i do not understand how you can mess up an order as bad as my last 3 visits have been. Online and in person is an awful experience with a miserable staff. I now drive 20 minutes more just to get my chipotle from a different location to avoid this one at all costs. Chicken tastes sour consistently and online ordering is a nightmare. so confidently i would bet my life savings on my online order being completely wrong from this location.

The food is good but way too pricey, you could go to an authentic Mexican restaurant with outstanding homemade food for a quarter of the price they charge. 3 dollars for guacamole, that's insane. This place only exists to upcharge for Americanized Mexican food.

A coworker and myself go here today for lunch and there was a group of five women ahead of us. The worker was just chatting it up with them taking her sweet time making the food for them. Meanwhile there is man at the register and a man standing there watching the women talk and gab.Not sure why the man just standing there watching couldn't have also been taking some orders to help the line move. Anyway our lunch time ran out while we were waiting in line while this reunion was going on between the worker and these 5 customers so we had to leave empty handed.
