Every time I come here, they hurry and bag my food. (No, there is no one else in line) It feels as though they're trying to rush me out the door and have forgotten to give me my chips, THREE different times. At first, I thought it was an honest mistake, but now I think they’re doing it on purpose. If you heard me to charge me for it, why do you constantly “forget” to put them in the bag? It makes no sense to me. Other than that, I don’t have any other complaints.

Honestly don't even bother coming here. If you want Chipotle just go a little further south on York. The parking lot is messed up, its hard to get to, the staff is terrible, and every time I've been there, there has been 2 women employees perpetually in the corner speaking to each other in Spanish. Today there were 7 employees there and not a single one acknowledged me so I left.

Very nice and friendly workers. They do not skimp on the bowls, and the ingredients are always fresh and tasty. The rice is never hard or undercooked, and the chicken is well seasoned and hot. I go here once a week for lunch and have never been let down! Attached bowl size for proof:

i had a very bad experience at this chipotle I had a interview at 2:20 so I got there early because that would be the professional thing to do for a interview so I told one of the employees that I’m here for a interview when I walked in @ 2:00 and I sat down to wait for the general manager to come out to give me a interview then time pass by it was now 2:20 no general manager came out to introduce her self to me for a interview so I wanted a little longer and it was now 2:35 still no general manager then I waited some more it was now 3:00 still no general manager came out to give me a interview. How was I able to set a time for my interview and waited a hour too not even get a interview at all that is very unprofessional how is it bad for someone looking for a job to come late and look bad but when it’s a general manager it’s allowed that chipotle put a bad taste in my mouth about the management at 9701 York Road, Cockeysville, MD, 21030 Very unorganized and unprofessional i would like to talk to the corporate officer or district manager about my horrible hiring experience at this chipotle.

The food was great, staff was very and helpful as well. Looked like everything they had was fresh. I had ordered a veggie bowl and my only problem is the serving size for guacamole, the portion size was comparatively a lot smaller than the ones I had at other sites. Additionally, they need to look into cleanliness near the soda fountain.

The prices went up and they give you MUCH smaller portions and when you ask for a little more, they want to charge ypu extra. The bowls looks like something from the kids menu. Asked for takeout because the tables were not clean. The drive home was just a few minutes from the restaurant and when I opened my food, it was cold. I should also mention the customer before me was upset about the way the girl was cramming his food into a too small bag, so he showed her a better way to put the food in the bag, and both she and the other girl ringing up his food gave him major attitude and eye rolls.

I don’t know what people are on about in the reviews. This location is always clean and the staff actually tries which doesn’t happen at the other locations.
The customers service is hit or miss. The lot in front is fine but don't try to get there from the drive through. You will needy to at some poinr when they inadvertently decide not to bother checking the drive-thru and you have to go inside. You are putting your vehicle at risk. There are multiple colors of paint on the pole at the horribly designed transition point. Adjusting this review to better match the experience.

Worst chipotle. Girl who made my food was very nasty also and the manager acts confused when you ask him something. Go to the chipotle down the street in hunt valley or the one next to fox shopping center . But this one . No . Absolutely not the just opened and they need to close.
