Honestly I love thier cake and ice cream. Its just there service is so bad. They have only young teenage. I understand they are learning and all but dont they need some supervisor who can teach them and tell them what they doing wrong. Whenever I went there they have always different employe. Sometimes they have only one. This is 2nd time happened with my purchase of cake and when I said to write on the cake and they mess up writing and the cake. I mean seriously? 1st time I let it ago but again 2nd time different person did same mistake. I'm paying full money so I suppose to get full service too. They really need to wrok on there customer service. Hope cold stone owner read and wrok on there team and make some change!!

They don’t start mobile orders until you get to the store. I guess they don’t understand. The whole purpose of a mobile order is to not to have to wait in line. I don’t understand how you don’t know this at this point in time it’s not like Mobile orders is a new invention anymore get it together.

Cockeysville store Never has the ingredients needed for the different sundaes and they're very slow. Four people in front of us and we finally got waited on 40 min later. The one in Pikesville is so much more prepared and offers way faster service.

such a poor establishment ran by incompetent leadership. There was a long line out the door and all FIVE employees were having a grand ole time amongst themselves and didn’t acknowledge one person. I hope management pulls the time stamp on this review and relate it to the employees but my family walked out without even getting any Ice cream.. 20 mins later. Would not recommend.

The quality of service at this location is declining every day. Went to get ice cream today on 04/14/2024 around 6 pm. The whole standing in line to get out of the store took 45 minutes. Only to get the Everybody's container half-filled. The guy took forever to put ice cream in the container like it was his first day. Snail-speed employees and service, are a waste of money at this location.

Great Ice Cream! I love how they mix your flavors together with the toppings. The service is usually pretty quick, though there are usually only 2 servers. So you might have to wait a little bit if it's busy. I also wish there was more room to sit. But overall, a great place!

Waste of time. Came here on my break at 3pm on a Sunday. No one in line- surprise! No one there working either. I walked in the front door. Waited for 5+ minutes and didn’t see a single person. Come here to waste your time and money… if you can find anyone to ring you up.
