The quality of service at this location is declining every day. Went to get ice cream today on 04/14/2024 around 6 pm. The whole standing in line to get out of the store took 45 minutes. Only to get the Everybody's container half-filled. The guy took forever to put ice cream in the container like it was his first day. Snail-speed employees and service, are a waste of money at this location.

Great Ice Cream! I love how they mix your flavors together with the toppings. The service is usually pretty quick, though there are usually only 2 servers. So you might have to wait a little bit if it's busy. I also wish there was more room to sit. But overall, a great place!

My friend & I love the of the ice-creams here. Rich flavor and good quantity, too. Try the mint chocolate chip and the birthday ? cake flavors....delicious ?. Sometimes, you pay a higher price for quality.

Waste of time. Came here on my break at 3pm on a Sunday. No one in line- surprise! No one there working either. I walked in the front door. Waited for 5+ minutes and didn’t see a single person. Come here to waste your time and money… if you can find anyone to ring you up.

Whenever I've been here service is good, accommodating and helpful. They've always let me try a sample, this time the Barbie flavor, so I don't have pay for a whole cup and then find out I don't like it. The Barbie flavor wasn't for me but I was in the mood for pink, and they were nice enough to do a half-strawberry half-raspberry sorbet base, when bases can't be mixed like that online. I usually only see one or two people making ice creams, but they're fairly quick. The pad by the cash register to put in a phone number to log points doesn't take long either. Most people walk out with their ice creams or eat in their cars, but there is limited seating inside at the front. There are freezers at the other side of the front with prepacked ice cream and cakes, but I think they've stopped putting to-go online orders in there and instead have them in a minifridge behind the counter so you have to let them know your name.

As much as I love the ice cream, I always have an issue with the service. I entered the door at 8:45pm one night and then at 8:50pm a month later. There were different employees were working each tome. Both times I was turned away saying they were closed. The sign on the door and the website says 9pm. This is terrible customer service. Why would they turn down money? If I was the manager or owner, I would be extremely disappointed to discover customers were being turned away. The second time this happened, there were 2 people in line and the employee said they were going ti be the last customers. These young staff members want to be cleaned up and ready to walk out the door at 9pm sharp. They should be accepting business until close. It's terrible business.

This is over priced ice cream. Should have asked for ice cream with my toppings ! I have only been here 2 times and both times did not meet the hype I had in my head. Spent 30$ on 4 ice creams and they’re just sitting here melting. Waste of money I will not go back to this establishment with my family again.
This place is just the worst, we keep giving the chances hoping it will get better, it doesn’t. Came in on a Sunday night, 2 people working, at least 15 people in line, no supervisor, they clearly weren’t ready to handle a rush, no supervisor on duty, it took over a half hour to get served. Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere else.

Super slow due to being understaffed. It took about 45 minutes for an online order to be ready, but the employees were nice and the ice cream was good.

Came in at 9:05, minutes later still in line. Two guys working starting turning away customers at 9:30 saying they had too many customers in line and were closing at 10. They purposely worked slow so customers in line would leave because they got tired of waiting. One customers who came in at 9:40 challenged one of the employees when he was told about the store closing by staying the hours said open until 10. The employee just repeated his statement. The customer left and 2 others walked out shortly after him. Wonder if the owners know what's going on?

They never have ice cream and it’s suppose to be cold stone creamery!! Came today they have no chocolate ice cream and the lady with green hair says we’re out ! This is the worst cold stone ever. Several other flavors were empty as well. Waste of time ! Will not be back! Will continue to go to the pikesville location that is always fully stocked during the SUMMER when ice cream is at full demand !!
