I think the staff is great. There seems to be some disconnect with who is working the mobile order station. Seems that is chaotic inside which causes the long lines outside and inside. The mobile order line is not being used either. I think they need to have stations and work efficiently. I visit this location because it has a drive thru and its convenient

If I could do no stars I would young middle eastern girl has the worst attitude you can imagine literally threw me my order , as I was waiting another guy ( worker ) come up to her and they start hugging and mouth feeding or kissing her while she’s working on my sandwiches truly a shame never coming back here again

I pulled up to the drive thru and asked the crew member to wait a second. I then proceeded to ask for a small dragon fruit refresher with green tea and lemonade. This was the first time i was told that i couldn’t get both juices in my refresher. I will not be ordering from this location again.

The food was fresh and the service was fast but there are only three tables at this location. People sitting around waiting for stuff just sitting at the tables. So what's a mom and kids to do? You can imagine that three tiny tables at 10:30 on a Saturday there's totally nowhere to sit. So we ventured outside and there's absolutely nowhere to sit outside, no picnic tables nothing. So we sat in the grass. Even though the parking lot and the grass area is absolutely huge. Please add a bunch of outside seating to accommodate all your customers.

My coffee is usually made correct, but the donuts are always stale. The hot sandwiches are never toasted like requested.

I go to this dunkin everyday. Today I made a mobile order but couldn't go to the location. I came back later to see if they could remake it and they lied saying they didn't get my order They didn't even look to see. It takes 2-3 minutes to remake a drink. Get all new staff everyone was rude in there.

Service at the location in horrible. I ask for a tosted bagel with cream cheese and if they can cut the begal in half. I ended up getting an untosted begal and it wasn't cut in half. This happened several times at this location. And when I ask them to correct my order the lady give me an attitude and no apology.
