I pulled up to the drive thru and asked the crew member to wait a second. I then proceeded to ask for a small dragon fruit refresher with green tea and lemonade. This was the first time i was told that i couldn’t get both juices in my refresher. I will not be ordering from this location again.

The food was fresh and the service was fast but there are only three tables at this location. People sitting around waiting for stuff just sitting at the tables. So what's a mom and kids to do? You can imagine that three tiny tables at 10:30 on a Saturday there's totally nowhere to sit. So we ventured outside and there's absolutely nowhere to sit outside, no picnic tables nothing. So we sat in the grass. Even though the parking lot and the grass area is absolutely huge. Please add a bunch of outside seating to accommodate all your customers.

I go to this dunkin everyday. Today I made a mobile order but couldn't go to the location. I came back later to see if they could remake it and they lied saying they didn't get my order They didn't even look to see. It takes 2-3 minutes to remake a drink. Get all new staff everyone was rude in there.

Service at the location in horrible. I ask for a tosted bagel with cream cheese and if they can cut the begal in half. I ended up getting an untosted begal and it wasn't cut in half. This happened several times at this location. And when I ask them to correct my order the lady give me an attitude and no apology.
I've recently discovered I love their iced coffee, and anytime I stop by the drive through, they are speedy, polite, and my order is always accurate. I have totally stopped going to the other big name coffee place.

I visit this particular location often. The manager, and the staff ate always friendly, smiling, laughing, I love it, actually the manager knows my family so well she'll know my order from my voice when I come thru drive thru, very friendly staff, they go far and beyond service, I totally recommend this location. ????❤❤❤❤?.

This is the second time this has happened to me and usually during the morning, the cashier at the drive thru window this morning gave me my total, she said $10, I was ok but something in me said ask for the receipt. My total wasn't $10 it was $9 and some change. She didn't give me my change nor receipt when she handed me my items. I'm ok with tipping and never had an issue doing so, like ma'am what if I needed my change back? She looked surprised when I asked for my receipt. Just a reminder if you are paying with cash and they give you an even amount....make to ask for your receipt! Check the amount so that way they don't think it's ok to keep your change without your knowledge.

Went to drive thru recently early morning and waited nearly 15 minutes for a macchiato and had to blow the horn to get attention and of course the owner wasn’t there and I was late for work
