If I could give zero stars I would. Employees are horrible - nasty and obnoxious. There are many other DD in the areas to go to. I do not need to be treated this way. I will not ever go there again.

I stop by this Dunkin today.I bought 1/2 dozen donut and coffee and had 1 donut and coffee. As I was about to leave I saw the employee trashing the same trays of donuts in a dumpster. It was at least 6 different trays worth of left over donuts. She kept about another 6-8 trays on rack. I ask the employee is the donut bad as the donut tasted bad. She said the donuts are fresh. She said she is throwing it away because the company would pay the store. This store need to be looked at by Dunkin donut franchise and MD state. They appear to be selling bad and ruined food to the max and using the food liability policy to fool the franchise to also get money from them for unsold fresh donut. It was very questionable and discussing to sell me the donuts and then dump the rest out within 5 minutes. I was there between 4-5 pm. I been a long time Dunkin customer. I never seen a store throw away that many donuts. I seen some Dunkin’s give away free donuts in evenings. This store is doing something fishy. Their coffee also don’t taste right. They need to be looked at. I would never want to stop by this store.

Staff are in such a rush they frequently get the order wrong. Asked for flavors in coffee - they forgot to add them. Breakfast sandwich still frozen in the middle. $10 down the drain…

We went to this place to get ice cream after first day of school. Everyone there was very helpful specially Kimberly. She was very kind and patient while my daughter was choosing her ice cream.

This is written by a VBS camper at St. Joseph. We are spreading internet positivity! I love your chai teas. The delicious taste of the chai is so good. Everytime I get the chai tea I can finish it in 6 minutes. I also love your munchkins, my favorite is blueberry. Keep up the great work! P.S. I love your customer service!

The African American lady at the counter is so rude I can’t believe she’s has a job in customer service!!! She actually tried to charge me for a drink holder. Clearly waiting on customers pissed her off!!!! Can’t say much for the owners allowing this behavior!!!

We were regular customers at this location before relocating out of state. After our most recent experience there, we were disappointed to find it under new management and the new owners unfriendly. I agree with the reviewer regarding the woman behind the register with the polka dot bandana. She was rude and shouldn't be waiting on customers. The next time we're in MD, we'll be sure to avoid this location.

Seems this guy has quite the reputation on reviews for not wanting to do anything he doesn’t prefer. I asked him to warm up an apple fritter for 15 seconds in the oven that they use for breakfast sandwiches and he refused. I said all the other Dunkin’s around do this for me and he said hang on and walked to the lady running the register who said “oh, you want a refund?” I told her no I want an apple fritter warmed up - she said well I’ll give you a refund so you can go somewhere else. I told her I didn’t have time for that and she just walked away. I stood waiting until I had to ask if they were going to give me what I paid for. The fritter was then tossed into a bag and onto the counter. As I left they stood doing nothing and glaring at me as I walked out. I could totally understand not doing something extra if they were super busy, but it was 11:30am on a Monday. Sorry for asking for a bit of customer service and 15sec of your time, jerk.
