A regular lunch staple for workers in the Cockeysville/Timonium area! The firepower in the kitchens wok hei is definitely reflected in the flavor profile of their stir fry dishes. Big fan of their pad Thai and drunken noodle dishes. Pro-tip - request for their spice rack for an additional spice kick

This is my favorite Thai food restaurant ever. The staff is incredible and they will treat you as if you were part of the family. The food is even better! I highly recommend the drunken noodles or spicy fried rice, but I have tried a little bit of everything and have never been disappointed.

Quant, quiet mid afternoon. Kind and attentive service. Shrimp pad thai was generous and tasty, just as ordered. Will definitely go again.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful the food is here. There is passion with each dish. The drunken noodles are fantastic and the sushi is exceptional. 100% will come again and HIGHLY reccomend. I cannot reccomend this place enough, in fact.

Waitress was as attentive as she could be but it seemed like she was handling a nearly full house almost solo, running from table to table.
And I’ve had better nigiri. I feel like the rice to fish ratio was off. And the rice didn’t hold together as firmly as I’m used to.

A wonderful meal and experience at Fuji San! We enjoyed the mix of Thai and Japanese cuisine; quickly and artfully prepared. We ordered several sushi rolls, Tom Kha soup, we split Drunken Noodles with chicken and Pineapple Fried Rice with shrimp. For dessert we split the Mango Sticky Rice! Everything was delicious, hot and fresh.
The restaurant is cozy and decorated nicely. The staff were so nice.
Can't wait to come back!
