I’ve been a loyal customer of Fuji San restaurant for over 10 years, and it used to be my favorite Thai spot in the area. They always had great food with a consistent taste. However, I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The portion size, especially the Pad Thai, has been drastically reduced to what feels like a kid's meal, while the price has gone up by 20%. I understand inflation is impacting businesses, but shrinking the portions while increasing prices...
Fried Rice was good but not amazing. Tom Kah soup was, once again, good but not great. Sushi was, you guessed it! Good but not great. Solid but not a must-have. Service was relaxed but good. Atmosphere is quaint but a bit dated.
