Visited Hyderabad Stories in Cockeysville with friends and had an amazing experience! We tried a bunch of appetizers chilli paneer, Gobi manchurian, karampodi chicken, goat sukha, and shrimp fry all were flavorful and fresh.
The main course biryanis were the highlight: goat fry biryani and paneer biryani were both packed with authentic spices and perfect texture.
Portions were good, service was quick, and the atmosphere gave real Hyderabadi vibes. Definitely a must-try spot in Maryland if you love biryani and Indian flavors. We’ll be coming back for sure!

Its a wonderful place to enjoy a nice Indian food. Sam recommended karampodi shrimp, and it was a big hit. The prices are reasonable and atmosphere is warm and inviting. Enjoyed it!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service felt completely unorganized — food was brought out randomly and without coordination. They brought the sides but never brought the naan we ordered. We had specifically ordered Navratan Korma, but instead received a mixed vegetable dish that wasn’t what we asked for. To make things worse, our Chicken Biryani never arrived at all. Overall, the experience was frustrating and poorly managed. I hope they improve their order accuracy and service in the future.

Food was really good! We tried the chicken majestic and curry leaf shrimp appetizers along with the hyderabadi special boneless chicken biryani. Both appetizers were full of their own unique flavor but could've been a tad bit spicier for the 'medium spicy' range. The biryani was spot on and plentiful! Will definitely visit again to try more dishes on the menu.

I’m not an expert of Indian food but this place offer really great dishes. Their butter chicken is fantastic. It’s ranked no 1 among all the butter chicken I have tried. Their chicken biyani is also great. The waitress is very friendly and sweet, asking the chef to do a mild version butter chicken for us without asking. Our 1.5y son really likes it too. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience. I came in to pick up a takeout order and noticed a gratuity charge of 18% added to the bill. When I asked about it, the person at the counter said she didn’t know what the charge was and mentioned it had been happening since the morning. She also said she was leaving and that no one else was available to help. On top of that, they didn’t print the bill until I specifically asked for it — so make sure to always request a copy. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable — it feels like they’re trying to slip in extra charges. Check your bill carefully before paying.

Great southern Indian food - authentic flavors! Super tasty dishes and our favs are hyderabad dum biryani, chicken vindaloo, karampodi chicken, Karivepaku chicken. Jamuns are delish! Sam is a lovely gracious hostess, patiently explained the various dishes and had great recommendations.
