This review is in ref: to the location at 150 Cranbrook Rd, Cockeysville, MD 21030. On August 30th 2025 my daughter and I visited this location as we always do when our pet is having his SPA Day @ PETCO. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a young lady at the front counter and then a young man ushered us to our table without a word being said. He tossed the menus and eating utensils on the table and left. He was listening to music on his ear bud and didn’t seem too interested in verbally communicating. This is not this first time we have encountered him. If he doesn’t like his job and or interacting with customers, he should be dismissed. Our server (Morgan M.) was very nice and attentive. The food was good as always. I only have one complaint. I asked for some mayonnaise and got a dollop of about 1 tablespoon and was charged .99 cents for this. This seems to be a little too money hungry versus customer oriented in my opinion. Had I ordered a hamburger, would I be charged extra for mayo or pickles? Ordered the split decision the French toast was not done, the pancakes was not hot at all only thing hot was the eggs. Carry out containers was dessert claw size. No coffee on table to serve yourself.

My hamburger wasn't well done like I asked and preferred
Very clean food was good chicken fajita omelette and pancakes. My waitress was very attentive and courteous. My order was out quickly. Server accommodated all my request. It was very clean. There were no syrups on the table due to theft what a shame.. the menues bywere spotless

The staff is very rude and management is worse! When you call in an order for pickup, they take forever to answer the phone, and when they do answer, they leave you on hold for a long time. They also don't like to be held accountable for their mistakes. Please do not support this location. You'll thank me later. Note: According to BBB, they have them a rating if 'F.' This rating speaks volumes about the quality of service.
