Always a great place for breakfast in particular. Plenty of parking, being in a retail area , fast seating service and checkout. Food was great, and the server was friendly and accommodating. Although somewhat busy , all went smoothly and I'll definitely be back for more. Love the crepes the most. Yum!!!Parking: Being in a complex of other retail businesses, there was plenty of available, convenient options. Great access to get in and out.
This IHOP is a really good one. The renovations, they did are beautiful. The bathroom the dining hall is spotless, clean. The owners are always there. They’re always active and around and very nice to the guest. The waitresses are all very nice and the food is always perfect. Hot and made to order. Highly recommend this location.

Food was good But Waitress was smoking outside in the main entrance.She turn off the cigarette went inside and start working without clean or wash her hands.I hate when restaurants have people that smoke besides that one guy was coming out off the kitchen to smoke outside and did the same directly to the kitchen after smoking.
Excellent food and service. There were a lot of people waiting to be seated. The lobby is very small. The wait was about 15 minutes.

I live in this area, and this restaurant is not recommended for my family or friends! The food is not good and the service is horrible. They do not value their customers at all. The place is not clean either! This was a bad choice today!
