I recently had the pleasure of ordering our subs from Jersey Mike’s in Cockeysville for an event we had at Stages , Music Arts for music creatives. My contact was Jimmy. He was rhe kindest, most pleasant, and most helpful manager. The food was so delicious and a total hit with the participants for our event. Jimmy made the whole ordering and pickup process so seamless. He also showed our event love with the discount he gave our event as well. I will most definitely be choosing this Jersey Mike’s location for all of our future catering needs whenever we’re in that area again!

Please have your guys work on standards a bit and maybe not cuss up a storm will little kids in the store. Almost asked for a refund, very filthy work areas and low quality toppings. Please work on this... and what happened with pricing... it shot up!!

My wife and I love the cold cuts. I recommend getting cold subs Mike's way. We are not big fans of the cheesesteak though. The staff is always very friendly and do a great job getting people served

The experience was awful. Walk in rap music with inappropriate language playing so loudly I had to repeat my order 4 times for a bowl and he still grabbed a roll. Gloves are not being changed. Cross contamination is a big deal for people with allergies. I explained to couldn’t have condiments out of the station because he had touched something I was allergic to. One staff member went to the back and only got lettuce. After that the staff that had handled the mustard still tried to pick up my food and was told to change his gloves again. I asked to speak to the manager as my DIL is a manager at another location and I know things like this aren’t allowed. A young man told me possibly an Ashley but he guesses him right now. He was unprofessional and unapologetic for all of the things that made this trip horrible. I have a bowl that I cannot eat now because all condiments were touched by contaminated gloves.

Glad I paid $12 for a sandwich and didn’t get what I paid for as toppings were missing (including the prized bacon). Based off of the reviews they don’t do anything to remedy it either…

Ridiculously overpriced, mediocre subs along with pretty unfriendly service. The cashier maintained that hurry up already attitude with the fact that there are a million other things she wanted to be doing instead of dealing with customers. Sorry but no reason to go back to this location.

The crew of three young men working the close shift tonight were outstanding employees. It was 20 min till close and they were energetic, happy to make my food (and the person in front of me), they were all friendly, very professional. I was impressed. Deserves recognition!
